Thank you for this! I work at the hospital on the side of utilization review and it is so sad to see how the insurances are ripping off hospitals and patients! You are right. Always appeal and fight. Insurances count on that many people will not appeal. Always appeal!

i wish i had seen this before i filed my claim. I'm in north Texas. How can i get a copy of my roof replacement invoice/receipt from 2011 if i no longer can find any receipts & the local box store says they don't keep any records over ONE year (unless shingles were ordered online)
