Tommy was a guitarist for seven years with the metal band Sabaton. He is Swedish and at age 22 he was actually the National Karaoke Champion of Sweden. He is currently lead singer of Majestica as well as pursuing a solo career. Thank you

It's a summer song, with music by Johann Sebastian Bach, that all Swedish children knows, and sing before summer break.
Most of the songs he's covered, and his own, is in English though.

Tommy does a cover every Friday, and now that he's no longer a member of Sabaton, he has a lot more time to put effort into his covers. He also is in his original band "Majestica" so that's a good route for more of his content. But yes, since he puts out covers so consistently, sending you "as much as humanly possible" is a tall order. You would have to do more than one a week to catch up with him and even then, that will take you quite a long time lol. Very much worth going into though. Tommy is very friendly and appreciative of reactors. He is buddies with OldSkuleNerd and he has physically sat in on a reaction to his own music in Sabaton with GIvenToe and even featured him in his cover of This Is Halloween, from The Nightmare Before Christmas. So, if you react to enough of Tommy, there's a fairly reasonable chance he'll pop in your comments to say thank you.
The one octave challenge was, I think, more of a gimmick on Tommy's part. It was an octave higher than the original. You ask about other songs by him: "She`s gone" by Steelheard is his most successful song on UA-cam. I personally also like his Gary Moore covers, for example "Over the Hills and far away".
You need to hear his Phantom of the Opera, singing both parts himself.
He has also a goofy humour that tend to seep into his videos.
Latest release was his cover of Beyonce Texas Hold Em.
Tommy Johansson has done a lot of songs with or without metal. She's Gone is simply fantastic, but I also like his latest Too Much Love Will Kill You (Brian May, Queen) or The Winner Takes it All.
He is an amazing musician!

Oh, so much to say about Tommy. There are 100+ covers on his yt channel. Of which I love all but 2. Wont say which since musical taste is subjective 😀
He's Swedish and Mr Music. Plays many different instruments. First known as a guitarist. You got a taste of tone and style in this song. He's indeed of a metal persuasion! Leaning on the melodic version, not death and deep growls.
In many covers you will see his sense of humor. Since he stepped down from Sabaton he's had the time and energy to put more into his cover videos. Lately he purchad a banjo and has put it to good use. I recommend you check his yt channel. Many different styles being metallized!

You have just scratched the surface, there is only one instrument that I have discovered he does not play (there may be more) and he tells us what that is in "Cotton Eye Joe". Some of my favorites are, "The Light" (his original), "Over the Hills and Far Away"" (A Gary Moore cover, who is his idol and all of his GM covers are awesome!), and "Emerald" (Thin Lizzy). Keep going, we love it! ❤

Swedish is his native language, but he's fluent in a few others. He has so many covers that are request worthy, She's Gone originally by Steelheart, and he's covered 4 Queen Songs , The Price by Twisted Sister, and a couple of songs by the group Heart.
