😢 One of the last source of pure feelings and creativity... poisoned. Somebody had to do it I guess

I guess you refer to the lack of human touch as the last source of pure feelings and creativity poisoning the result but this is wrong. We found a new source. The source is different but the product is the same or better and will be much better as time goes by. Remember the difference between source and receiver. The receiver has not changed. The feelings evoked in the receiver have not changed and are as good and will be better. We will not be able to tell the difference or later we will because it will be much better evoking even more feelings. Do we reject music that sounds even better than Dion and the Belmonts just because he didn't personally make it? Suppose Dion made it from AI sounding just like him, would you feel better?
Only wanting music made by humans and not by AI is a kind of racism which I may explain later.

@@rickrick5041The music is sacred to many, for me this is where I draw the line on being original. In my opinion it's grave robbing. These guys know enough to be composing and producing the real thing. IMO. I may be biased when it comes to real oldies but a "kind of racism" against a computer program, get real. Artificial intelligence gets noo play here.

@@romero71chris54 Please try to understand. It is original. It is the real thing. To not accept it is a form of racism or elitism. Black people who were superior baseball players were refused entry to Major League Baseball. They were equal or better players, their product was equal or better but they were refused because they were black human instead of white human.
“During the early 20th century, Black musicians faced immense barriers, including the exclusion from mainstream venues and unequal pay. The jazz and blues pioneers of the era, such as Louis Armstrong and Bessie Smith, had to battle systemic racism to share their art with the world.”
The music was as good or better but was rejected because of the source.
Suppose we found a painting preserved at the bottom of the sea. Experts identified it as a Rembrandt, one of his very best. People loved it. It evoked great emotions. It was superb. It turned out to be AI. So now it is worthless? It’s the same painting.
What do you say to the millions of humans who deeply enjoy and are emotionally moved by music made by AI? Stop making it because it wasn’t made by humans?
Feeling strong emotions towards AI-generated doo-wop music is not wrong. Music, regardless of its origin, has the power to evoke emotions, and this response is a testament to the effectiveness of the composition. The emotional impact of music stems from its melodies, harmonies, rhythms, and lyrics, which can resonate with personal experiences and memories.
AI-generated music can capture the essence of human emotions by analyzing and replicating the elements that traditionally elicit such responses. If an AI-created piece moves you, it means the AI has successfully mimicked the emotional depth and nuances of doo-wop music. Embracing these emotions highlights the universal power of music to connect with listeners, transcending the method of its creation.
Listening to music created by AI alongside human-made compositions offers a unique and enriching experience that combines the strengths of both. AI-generated music can explore patterns, styles, and combinations that might be less intuitive or accessible to human composers. This can result in innovative sounds and genres, pushing the boundaries of what we traditionally consider music. Moreover, AI can analyze vast amounts of existing music to create pieces that resonate with a broad range of listeners, potentially discovering new harmonies and rhythms that captivate diverse audiences.
Additionally, incorporating AI in music creation democratizes the creative process. Aspiring musicians and hobbyists can leverage AI tools to generate backing tracks, experiment with different styles, and enhance their compositions, regardless of their technical skill level. This fusion of AI and human creativity can lead to more collaborative and inclusive musical landscapes, where technology serves as an enabler rather than a replacement. Ultimately, embracing AI-generated music allows us to explore the endless possibilities of sound, fostering a deeper appreciation for both human ingenuity and technological advancement in the arts.
