Can u use this without microneedling? My skin got inflamed from using Microcurrent home device so I don’t wish to needle but I do need something to heal my skin, have tried Anteage serum but it has salicylic acid in it so its still a bit harsh to my compromised skin barrier

I recommend and to use .25, once per month. If you want to needle more often, I recommend a .25 microchanneling device like the Skin Wand. This can be used twice per week.

No. Those that are prone to keloid scarring should probably avoid but otherwise it is pretty gentle. If you decide not to use needles you can use this device with the AnteAge needling solutions.
