    Hello Olha, when sewing the bolt rope to the sail, what do you do with the two ends of the bolt rope? Do you splice them?

    • @OlhaBatchvarov
      @OlhaBatchvarov  2 роки тому +1

      The two ends were glued and served at the corner of the sail

    In other words, for those of us who wish to take up the hobby seriously, we need to learn how to use a sewing machine...

      Or marry a woman with a sewing machine! I borrowed my machine from my husband - he used it to repair real sails from his yacht!)))

    Words fail me. I have a lot of sewing experience, and I still get thread tangled up, and here you are wrapping thread with smaller diameter thread... 😂

    Das Bolzenseil habe ich ebenfalls mit der Nähmaschine gemacht. Seil sauber an die Stoffkante anlegen, die richtige seitliche Stichweite der Maschine einstellen . Funktioniert sehr gut, passt sehr genau, geht schnell und macht wesentlich weniger Arbeit als von Hand . Probiere es , und es wird eine Erleichterung für Nerven und Zeit sein.

    • @OlhaBatchvarov
      @OlhaBatchvarov  Рік тому +1

      Wo bekommt man so eine dünne Nadel her? Wenn das Seil 0,4-0,6 mm dick ist... Im Video sehen Sie eine Makroaufnahme. Also benutze ich normale Perlennadeln. Für Nähmaschinen gibt es so etwas nicht! Oder Sie können das Seil komplett übernähen, was historisch nicht korrekt ist ...
