  • The CARB UP and Photoshoot day... THIS IS THE FINALE of this years cutting prep series. I ate over 1200 grams of carbs to fill out and look best for the moment I've been prepping for the last 7 weeks. What I ate, how many calories, grams, macros, activity, water intake and much more shown with full transparancy. This is the way I do it, NOT the way you necessarily should do it!

    Dude this video is kind a "eating disorder" video. I am following also Livelife he is also dieting but this is something else 😟

      What is the eating disorder part? What part of a PEAK WEEK did you not understand? This is order to get in best and leannest shape with depletion and than carbing up + water restriction :) This is not dieting, it's prep!

      I had a similar behavior before and i would say that it was definitely disorderd as it is his in the Video. You should have a treatment, kind advice

      It’s peak week lol it’s not a disorder he need to deplete water content and he need to increase carb intake so extra water sucks carbs so he can look lean as possible every gram of water carries up to 3 grams of carbs so he need more carbs so he is eating more food that’s it
