      Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback. Your baby is growing and may not be able to chew it properly at this age. You can take 2-3 pistachios and 3 water soaked almonds and one water soaked walnut, 2 cashews make a paste of it in the grinder or pestle mortar. Give this to your child and your baby will have great health. Stay blessed and healthy 😌😌

      Water soaked has no additional advantage unless you are old and by this they become soft. Unsalted yes, is a good option.

      This is a very deep and difficult question as it has many variables however, Fresh stream water free from contamination or ground water which is fluoride and contamination free are good source.

    सर 100 ग्राम पिस्ता खाने से कोई नुकसान तो नही होगी, और इसकी तासीर ठंडी या गर्म होती हैं

      एक समय में ज्यादा न खाएं। 2-3 पिस्ता से शुरवात करें। धीरे धीरे बढ़ाएं। 30 ग्राम एक बार में का सकते हैं। धन्यवाद।
