      डॉक्टर जी नमस्कार मेरे बेटा के मोटापा बढ़ने से बहुत दिक्कत होती है पता नहीं क्यों उसके मोटापा बढ़ गया है इस कारण वह बहुत परेशान रहता है रहते हैं घर वाले भी बहुत परेशान रहती है इसलिए कोई उपाय बताइए डॉक्टर साहब नमस्कार

    थैंक यू सो मच सर अभी कुछ दिनों से मखाने खाने का शौक हो गया है। मगर वही गलत तरीके से खा रही थी जिसके बारे में आपने बताएं। घी डालकर हल्का सा नमक मिर्ची मिला कर। आप के वीडियो से समझ आया कि यह गलत तरीका था

    Sir, apki advise achi hai, Maine 8 months me 200 gm makhana khayee, bahut bhook lagti hai yeh khane se, kabhi hypoglisemia ATI hai, par is se comfortable rahti hun.

    Respected sir, as per blood checking
    My cholesterol was 431 mg &triglyceride was 383 mg in may 2021 but in December 2021 my cholestrol is 310 mg & triglyceride level is 421 mg, hence I am taking 0 level oil diet, is it correct! But mainly I want to know that as per above ratio of cholesterol &triglyceride is heart attack or any stroke possible?

    Assalaam alaikum sir my daughter is 11 years old, her height is more than her age ,she is supposed to feel pain in her body,,Dr.said due to her over height she is not getting enough calcium, her bones are also weak and flexible..can I add makhana in her daily diet...plz suggest sir...🙏
