I remember in my childhood whenever I came back home after playing outdoor sports for an hour or more, I used to drink around 1 liter water. These days neither we do physical activities and on top of that air conditioned environment is adding fuel to this fire. Eventually we end up drinking lesser water. Misconceptions that non-veg is healthier than veg. A hen that eats some cereals will consume some energy in her body, will consume some energy in hatching eggs, will excrete some energy as waste. On top of that when she's dead the body isn't left with any energy. When that dead body is cooked as chicken - some energy is lost in cooking itself. So one can imagine what nutrition they are getting from non-veg. Instead of this in veg source we consume most of the energy and only the energy which is lost is from cooking the food itself. Often people think that beer helps in stone, however they should consider this video.
