Hi Stephanie.
I am finally catching up watching few vlogs, as been so unwell it is exhausting.
I continue to plod on the 1lb a week on average but realised 2xweeks ago I had reached week 26 so 6 months doing SW and total loss was, 2st 4lb so actually 61b ahead.
This week into new stone bracket and 10lb is nxt goal to give me that 3 stone off.
I know slow, and steady is good and not to think of end goal hence I aim 1 stone goals and for me just how my start weight was I have smaller goal of in between each stone off I move into a new stone bracket.
I would be fooling myself tho if I did not admit thinking wow to get where I need to be at this rate looking at 2.5 to 3 years it is a long time.
I am not physically seeing a difference and could not and still can not bring myself to do photos or measurements.... I never liked photos done even when I was tiny parents always said I was chubby or fat one so avoided camera daft as my daughter along with many other things a qualified and fantastic photographer.
I comment on Alan and Boris vlogs as, well and Piper Roo loves chatting to Boris he agrees we all need a celebration cake and persuaded Grumpy... ROO's dad /my husband to get me up to if nothing else make his Birthday Cake as he like Boris is now 9.
Ginger Cake made I figured if I was baking pick what I wanted 😂, Candles have been lit and song sang.
I was very mindful I am on SW so have cut up and frozen half as it is very morish.... Roo not impressed as can't open freezer.
