Did you have to change out any of the hardware to account for the wider door once the trim was added? I plan to do exactly the same - yours turned out beautifully!

Yes, there is a groove at the bottom of each door that a guide sits in. Check out the full UA-cam video for more details 😁
How did you change round pulls to new pulls?
We used a router to create new holes. Check out our longer UA-cam video of this project for more detail
