As far has nutrition, in multi vitamins C,E, and especially Iron can cause stomach irritation if you eat them without food! Also many people have a set wieght point that their body naturally wants to be at! Its important that you don’t under consume calories because that can really mess with your basal metabolic rate, even if it doesn’t change your weight!
