    Very easy to follow, you explained in great understandable detail. Replaced both my belts on my 94 G20. Belts installed safely and are spinning quietly.

    Replaced the pulley on my p10 because it came apart as well and never occurred to me to replace seal lol. After leaking all the oil I'm back doing the job again lol. Nice video and helpful tips.

    I've done a couple of these and the dampeners on 95/96 sentra GA16DE motors. Wobble got so bad it started to eat into timing cover oil passages but caught just in time that it didn't get clear thru!

    Thanks Eric I learned something for my 99 g20 I also wanted to ask you that there is a lot of rattle when I'm at a stop light but if I put it in neutral it smooth. I don't know if it's the belt tensioner or anything else!

    Hey I have An 02 p11 my tensioner bolt that goes onto the side of the bracket came off -the 12mm one and not sure how to properly put it on. I couldn’t see from your video where the side bolt is connected to. So if u could tell me if it goes into one of the holes or in the long space In the brackets

    Great video. Quick question.
    When you put the xxr rims on the rear did you have any problems regarding rhe rear wheel bearing hub dust cap not letting tge XXR center cap to stay in place?

    No need to put the crank on TDC in these vehicles? Please let me know. I'm about to do this tomorrow. Thanks Erick Great content

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
      @ERICSDIYGARAGE  4 роки тому +1

      no its not needed the crankshaft pulley is keyed meaning it will always fit at top dead center once you put it at top dead center so no needed to worry

    How did you loosen the tension on the back tensioner you just cut and didn’t show you actually getting it

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
      @ERICSDIYGARAGE  Місяць тому +1

      Loosen the 12 mm that's facing towards the firewall and than Loosen the 12mm long bolt in the back of the tensioner

    • @sethtreacy7576
      @sethtreacy7576 Місяць тому

      @@ERICSDIYGARAGEI did that still isn’t loosening so I need to take the bold fully out

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
      @ERICSDIYGARAGE  Місяць тому

      @sethtreacy7576 no you don't need to take it all the way out if it's not loosening use of prybar to manually move it back

    • @sethtreacy7576
      @sethtreacy7576 Місяць тому

      I tried a long screw driver but it’s just not budging I’ve tryed hammering and prying :(

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
      @ERICSDIYGARAGE  Місяць тому

      @sethtreacy7576 I came across this issue on my car in the past. There is one more 14 mm bolt that goes on the bottom of the power steering pump you can try to loosen that up and see if you can move the pump backwards Normally you don't have to do this but in your case it might be the only way to do it

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE

      @@ERICSDIYGARAGE Infiniti delaers still sell them, but they're special order and they're almost $350. I called all the local salvage yards and they don't have them. I would rather get a used one, but if I'm forced to I'll buy a new one

    • @ERICSDIYGARAGE
