Girl I felt everything in this video so much. I used to be so mean to myself when I needed the opposite! I think about that one experiment with the rice where they spoke negative things and positive things into separate containers of rice and the negative rice grew mold. lol 😂

How do you keep working on your self concept? I always work on my SC and when i get better i stop and cant do it anymore
@@sprinkledsweetheart yeah, but when I want something I manifest it, improve my self concept and when I get my desire I stop working on my self concept and then I have a poor self concept again, and I feel incapable of improving again, I feel like I'm too lazy to manifest
