The teaching about self concept depresses me so much because to have a high self concept you need to LOOK physically beautiful first. Because you will not believe affirmations like "I'm a goddess" if afterwards you look in the mirror and see an ugly troll (genuinely I'm ugly now from illness). I do believe that you manifested free coffee etc from having high self concept BUT I also believe that part of the reason they give you freebies is because they see your physical beauty. I know this for a fact BC I used to be pretty before & pretty privilege is real. So from there it's not that hard to raise self concept. But if you genuinely look ugly then the mind will never accept affirming "I'm beautiful, I am an amazing goddess" even if done a thousand times 😭.
Also Nevillegoddard did not talk about self concept in the way that this video & other UA-cam coaches talk about it. They talk about it as being like synonymous with self image/self esteem but to Neville Self concept meant adopting the STATE of "the new man".
For example with becoming wealthy. To Neville SC meant acquiring the feeling of the rich man. He didn't mean it as in get rid of feelings of not feeling worthy of wealth.
I mean, following these coaches methods probably will definitely work, but it's not the same as Nevillegoddard teaching. But ultimately we just want to get our goals so who cares anyway 🤷.
But still the way that UA-cam coaches talk about self concept gives me despair BC it makes me feel that I can be at manifest my SP back BC I can't make myself feel like I am a goddess, beauty etc
If you don’t believe your affirmations try something like “why I am so beautiful? Why I am so rich? For example. Your mind won’t contradict you and it’ll search for the answer by manifesting what you want.
I used to feel ugly but i worked on my self concept by reminding myself everyday and listening to subs and believe me once you repeat anything (im ugly or i see beauty in me) your subconscious wont have any choice but to believe and once its a belief it becomes your reality. I’d suggest you start looking at the parts of yourself that you think are pretty and try a softer approach on yourself, would you tell you loved ones or best friend she’s ugly? You wont because you love her so try to find a softer approach for yourself too, go easy on yourself and here comes acceptance too as your disease or condition that you have might be asking for acceptance 🙏 sending you love and light 💓✨

the audio is pretty quiet
I've been manifesting for a while now. And most of my dreams did come true, mostly I didn't have any problems when visualising. But this month I am having a problem of feeling myself in my visualisations, I can see myself or see from the 1 person but in the middle of it I can think of other person and immediately see the other person as me and feel scared that my manifestation is theirs now.
Like I am manifesting for them. I am scared that in the end they will be getting my manifestation but not me. How can I get rid of this feeling? Please can someone help?
Hey! If you’re having fears its normal and even if you’re seeing someone else deep down you know you want it so you’ll definitely get it, allow this fear to come to surface instead of pushing it down but try to also switch the visualizations with yourself in them or if you cant then you can simply affirm. Hope this helps❤

Affirm a different version of them, write down a couple affirmations of how you would like them to be, how they feel, how they act, and also affirm for yourself.
For example you could say I’m so happy and greatful, I love my life, the universe is always on my side, everything is always working out for me.
For your parent if it’s a certainty thing that they are upset about their life, like maybe their job or a health issue then you can affirm for that in particular.
Tell yourself the story you want, and persist in it.
Do it 10 min a couple times a day, and before you go to sleep and also after you wake up.

manifestation and law of attraction really work ?..as science and doctors claims this totally false but still I am having some hope..i desparately want to increase my height i saw many videos of law of attraction...for increase height?
Science and doctors are claiming so many things which aren't true... you have to understand, that "science " is own by pharmaceutical companies and it's all about money... nothing else... I didn't realize this until I was studying pharmaceutical and our Professor explained us how it works... and our other Professor for scientific research explained us the same... if you want to do a study about anything- you need money for this... so you get money only for studies which are interesting for some group of people (like pharmaceutical) which can make money with it... after this you need your study to be published - there are the same groups of people who are (again) only looking for their interests so they published only what is serving their goal - the publisher are actually paid or in other interests with the pharmaceutical companies as well

Doctors will say anything to keep people sick! You can try listening to subliminals for height ❤
