This was never supposed to be difficult. This is no longer Round 3 where Raichu had surf. This is instead a Gold/Silver run. The Pokémon that I face are the same ones as there Gold/Silver counterparts. I was expecting that Raichu to use surf.
That would all depend on what moves the opponent Pokémon have in Gold/Silver, as this is a Gold/Silver run.
