However switching over to the 2.4Ghz network is not really that much of a problem as its only a One-Time process while initially setting up the bulb to allow it to connect to your 2.4Ghz home Wifi network. Once its setup you can switch back your phone to 5Ghz network and easily control it
It works with Alexa , so if your TV has alexa (like TCL) or if you have a Fire Stick , it could technically work with your TV. However if you're looking for Dynamic Ambient lighting , then i do not this this bulb does that

it can replace a normal bulb for an entire room?
Yes it should be sufficient for a small to medium sized room. We use it as the main source of light in our living room on a stand lamp
