*Love the size and it fits perfectly in a corner but **Fastly.Cool** the whole room. Really like how you can auto adjust how long you want the fan to be on. It is quite but highly effective.*
i have the Lasko 4443 Hybrid Tower still going strong after 5 years it rarely gets turned off, the only downside is trying to clean the blower wheel of build up dust other than it's an excellent product.
I think it comes down to if you want quiet or power and how large your room is, the room I am looking to replace a fan in is a small bedroom so for this case I think that the Honeywell will serve better. Thanks for the review though it was helpful
Hey Crystal. Good review. I am blind as well, just got this fan on June 26. I have a quick question for you. I’m noticing what sounds like kind of a slight buzzing sound when I have the fan on the first three speed, which are sleep, whisper, and calm. I was wondering if this happens on your fan at all, because I’m starting to think that I may have a defective unit. I ordered it off of Amazon, not sure if my dad kept the box or not. Hopefully he did.
It is 95 degrees here in Chicago today. I bought both brands. As one individual stated they only work as great as air temperature. I miss my heated and air conditioning home… without buying a fan system and air conditioner. This sucks.
The lasko is way too noisy and it sucks dusty air off the floor. If you need a room fan then I wouldn't purchase either fan. Most people buy these tower fans for their office or next to their beds.
The Lasko has a smaller, more condensed square surface thus has a signaler but stronger output. The Honeywell has a larger square output surface creating less direct air but better circulation. The price points air far enough apart w/ the Lasko being @ least $12 more that this is an apples to oranges comparison.
This was a fantastic review. I was actually struggling between both these fans. I wanted something with strong airflow and I don’t mind some noise, helps me sleep. The Lasko’s hybrid mechanics were off putting to me, but after hearing you explain, it seems amazingly efficient. Just ordered one on Amazon and can’t wait to receive it.
Leonel Loera Thanks a lot, hope you enjoy your fan. It really cant be beat in terms of airflow because the squirrel cage blower can spin faster than any cylinder drum based fan
Farhan K it actually just got here and is amazing. Low power still blows out a good amount of air and the oscillation is wide and smooth. Level 2 really is gonna come in handy during the night while I sleep. 3 is such a powerhouse. Overall impressed. Once again thanks for this in depth review, I know had I not found it and just went with the Honeywell I would’ve been very disappointed.
@@hedgehogthesonic3181 it’s still going strong! I actually gave it to my younger brother to use in his bedroom this summer. I bought the newer model they released. Basically had a new paint job but design and mechanics are still the same.
Laura Cano I would say the Lasko fan as it pulls air from the bottom of the fan where it is the coolest..the only thing about it is that it is loud at it's highest setting
When u did the Honeywell you moved your device away from in front of it and went gradually into the middle of your sofa qnd when you did the other you kept it straight all the time so very dodgy champ lol

Thank you for talking in detail about each fan! Helped me pick the Lasko.
AWESOME REVIEW!! You made my decision much easier. Thank you for taking the time to do something like this, you have helped a lot of people. Take care
Thank you for that excellent review. I am in between buying either of those brands, this review helped my decision!
Now thats a useful review. So quiet vs power. Im buying the Honeywell as I like the much lower sound output.

Thank you so much for this review. I think i will settle for the lasko. These seems to be great space savers compared to traditional fans.
Thank you for this. It was very helpful

thank you for the review
Love the wind 💨 tool
Great review man
Thanks for the review
Wonderful comparison so far quit detailed.
It's not about the power of the fan most of the time but the coolness of the air that comes out
Great! Review comparison!

Very useful review.
really nice you didnt ramble on and go through each and every wind speed

Hi Sherri, do you mean to say that you need an air conditoner along with this kind of Fans?? Thank you for answering and time.
@@MsParmesh, yes I need a aircondinoer along with the fans. It's great if the temperature isn't unbearable and humid.
I want to sleep at night so I’m getting the Honeywell

I’ll sacrifice the noice for the fan speed

Leonel Loera Thanks so much for the kind words. Sstay cool this summer :)
@@leol9389 How is your fan doing 2 years later?

Do these blow cold air out if your room is really hot or no ?
I think for someone who suffers from dry eyes like me. I think for me the best one is the honeywell. Because the hybrid blows air more intensely.
Shhh i wan a gental breeze when im sleeping hardly any db 34 db is quiet and you will sleep like a baby love and respect Iceman
Which one blows colder air.

Air can only be as cold as the room temperature around it.
