very good as no preservative, glass jar is health et environment friendly. pure sea/rock salt is health friendly. powder salt dangerous to health, added with aluminium silicate and added with other anti caking agent

We use the same recipe but we add a teaspoon of turmeric.... And it will be good upto 4 months in just fridge... No need for freezer too
