    To peel garlic add salt to the pods and tea spoon of oil leave it for sometime then rub it rooled in a cloth it is pealed because in South it is used for pickles and this is the method used

    I have been making those pastes mixed with EVOO and keep it frozen or even refrigerated. Colour and flavours remains perfect.... and oil keeps the pastes soft even when frozen and not needed to thaw those before using. This time will try with salt 😊
    I never store them in plastic containers...I always freeze them in glass jars.

      Mamta Thakuriya I personally have never used mustard oil in my cooking because it’s not easily available oil here in North America. Though I know mustard oil is one of the healthiest oils. I think you would have to heat up the mustard oil well, let it cool down and then mix it in ginger garlic pastes. You may try making a small batch. ✨

    I really appreciate this attempt of yours. This not only gives you a natural, preservative free ingredients, but if more people adopt it, it will save packaging plastic waste too. Since it is a very common commodity, to be used in almost every cooking, it creates huge amount of plastic packaging waste. I wish more and more people follow this. Keep it up.     We use the same recipe but we add a teaspoon of turmeric.... And it will be good upto 4 months in just fridge... No need for freezer too

    Mix 2 tablespoon full of any white oil with this paste. That will be more effective.

    very good as no preservative, glass jar is health et environment friendly. pure sea/rock salt is health friendly. powder salt dangerous to health, added with aluminium silicate and added with other anti caking agent
