I have been making those pastes mixed with EVOO and keep it frozen or even refrigerated. Colour and flavours remains perfect.... and oil keeps the pastes soft even when frozen and not needed to thaw those before using. This time will try with salt 😊
I never store them in plastic containers...I always freeze them in glass jars.

Urvashi Parmar EVOO ~ Extra Virgin olive oil ..... or just add any good quality vegetable cooking oil.

Mamta Thakuriya I personally have never used mustard oil in my cooking because it’s not easily available oil here in North America. Though I know mustard oil is one of the healthiest oils. I think you would have to heat up the mustard oil well, let it cool down and then mix it in ginger garlic pastes. You may try making a small batch. ✨
