Good morning from NC! I actually had an audible response when you showed the red/black/gray striped sweater. "Wow" came right out of my mouth! I thought it looked 100% flattering and perfect on you!

I have a blazer (different brand) that is that same style (same plaid, same cut) and the buttons at the cuff are also like that. I’ve noticed a lot of my blazers are the same, but not all.
Otherwise, loved the green skirt, seems like everyone pretty much agrees there. I think I might get the long black boots as well.
I’m sad for you that your Walmart does not carry Free Assembly! They and Sam+Libby are my fave of the new Walmart lines.

I love coats and jackets and have more than I can wear in the winter in Texas but I am from Minnesota so I blame that for my coat addiction. I agree with you about the silver purse --
I don't wear much silver so I prefer an inexpensive way to be trendy.

Thanks so much for watching and for your kind comments! I am wearing a size 8 regular in the Time and Tru Straight Leg jeans. I like them a little longer to wear with boots. When I buy the Time and Tru Skinny Jeans, I get the Petite so that they don't bunch at the ankles. As you know, yu and I kind of straddle the regular/petite line. It can be a challenge sometimes right? I have been following WW via the WW App for about 3 months now, and I am down 19 Pounds. I make a different WW recipe every night from the App to keep it interesting.
I bought the tan trench coat about a month ago when I just happened to see it when in WalMart for grocery shopping. It caught my eye and I’m glad I snagged it when I did. And the price was right. 😉 There are occasions when this type of coat is needed.
I actually liked the cocoon cardigan but I’m a huge cardigan fan, I thought it was super cute!! You look fabulous love your videos!!

I love the green and black skirt and all the different combos with it. I don’t comment often but always look forward to your videos. Fun to watch and very helpful and informative. Only item not a fan of was the red/black block sweater because of the cut. Bloopers so funny.

I noticed this too! Great job! I’m trying to lose 5lbs,so mostly cutting back on the amount of food I eat and I signed up for a few sessions with a personal trainer.

Lol! I always have so much fun watching your videos. I did the very same thing with the T&T shoulder bag, but once I figured out that when you push the release button, the flap comes straight out rather than up, it's much easier. Oh boy :(. Anyway, like you say "It's not the theory of relativity." I still love my skinny, jeans they look great on you too. Have a great day.

Such a great haul! And love the way u styled everything - especially the green skirt. I too seem to have “an aversion to wearing coats”; however, here in New Orleans that’s okay, since there are only a few days outta the year when a full-sized coat is necessary. Nevertheless, I’ve made up for my lack of coats w lots & lots of jackets - I seem to love jackets of all lengths, textures, and styles; the right jacket can really give a fall/winter outfit a bit extra pizzazz!
I have the Free Assembly blazer and it was a great purchase for me. I did go up a size and typically, I do not like to wear a blazer buttoned.
I don't wear winter coats, just sweatshirt jackets or jean jackets.

The striped cardigan stripes seem to add width to your thighs. Maybe try belting and blousing over the belt to change the line of the color stripe?

My Indiana Walmart carries The Pioneer Woman Clothes, however, all they carry is just plus sizes! It’s been frustrating, this fall and winter, I got to buy a bunch of clothes because, I lost over 50lbs this past year and, a half do to battling cancer, but, they were out of a lot of the tops, I been seeing that, I like on UA-cam! Also, they were out of all the purses, all, I got a start on was one pants! They also were out of all the moto pho leather jackets!

I’m sharing this with knowledge of being a seamstress. This is meant educationally only, not in any sort of a critical way. 😘It’s repetitive to say fabric has a “hand feel. “The “hand “of a fabric means the feel of a fabric against your skin so you don’t need to say both words. You can just say “The hand of this fabric is silky” or “The hand of this fabric is a bit textured or rough”, etc. “Matches” or “pairs” is the same way. No “back” needed in the fashion world.

It’s hard to find Pioneer Woman clothing in a Colorado WalMart (where I live). I’ve only found it online. I did find some items in an Alaskan WalMart when I was vacationing this summer.

I hate wearing a coat too. I will go as long as possible without a coat. I find coats bulky and uncomfortable. I’m also in the Northeast.
Hi Elizabeth - SAME! Unless we are in the middle of a snowstorm, I tend to wear lighter weight jackets that are really more for Fall lol
No to the cocoon cardigan. You have so many more flattering options and I think you’d never be comfortable in it.
