Armed robbery, assault suspect in court Monday

One of two people arrested in connection to an armed robbery and assault of a man named Bernie in Patterson Park had a court date on Monday. Bernie is in his late 60s and continues to recover at home. Court documents filed ahead of Monday's appearance by 18-year-old Montaz Bailey show he has a criminal history in juvenile court and Baltimore County, too.
