@@kevimoronta can i upgrdae it to 1tb?
Yes , there are a solution
It does not have a hard drive?
It is integrated onto the motherboard with this model.... non-upgradeable and non-replaceable.
Because mine does not load onto windows so í guess then I need a new motherboard
Great video, well done and informative.
Where is hd?
Where is the hard drive?
It's attached to the motherboard in the form of a little chip, eMMC storage.
@@Sellbrokedotcom I see... thanks
It's intergrated into the motherboard and can only be replaced by commisioning a skilled technician that knows how to reball and ask him to replace the eMMC chip with a larger capacity one. If he does a bad job, the entire motherboard could be ruined permanently. Good luck!
Cannot find the hard drive
This laptop has integrated flash storage, non-removable.
incredible. from a fixit world, to new modern, throw-away junk.....wow....gimme an old Acer 5692 laptop, for LIFE......
Is the Acer a good laptop?
@@Girlgamssilver I've had two, of these 2009 - 10 models ; Acer 5692. Still using one, every day . Very good. The other one - gave up the ' ghost '....// Todays' laptops - are mostly plastic junk - too thin for cooling FAST cpus'....and Ram. Size, does MATTER - and structural integrity, for people allways ' on-the- move ''. I would not take, a new one, even given to me. Will keep anything, older than 9 years - Any make, usually.
Do you have to ground yourself when replacing the motherboard?
100% yes

Sorry but your website has trash prices. I feel like for a gently used one of these I'd get over $120, but i guess not. Just $60 how?
Because it's basically ewaste. What did you expect buying a $250 laptop?
Thanks for the video =)
No wonder the left side of my laptop gets hot and not the right side, there'es barely anything in there
Yours also gets hot around the w key?
Mine has been overheating
@@JohnSmith-tx2hj Yes it gets very hot around the w and surrounding keys

You're right my friend :P
I wouldn't ever recommend this laptop to anyone!
Just look around on eBay to find better laptops in this price point.
Where is the hard drive? 😢, I need to know where is the HD!.. 😭
Does the bios pasword reset if CMOS battery is removed?
Hello?
@@Trancelistic Yes it will reset itself if u remove the CMOS
Edit: btw let the CMOS removed like around 1-5 hours and put it back, don't turn on ur laptop until u put the CMOS again
Edit 2: And i recommend u remove the battery too, cuz the battery helps the bios to keep it on
