My wife and I used to go to the Hot Springs in Long Valley, Ca. Those were glorious opportunities for a few years. Now I hike in the Redwood forest behind our rental house(we rent). Every week of every year until we were 45 were work weeks. Now I can hike from home any day.

Hey Hannah its Jeaux. I missed you. You were gone to long. Glad you are back. While watching this time I tried to imagine myself in that place. Sitting in that hot spring, taking a deep breath of cold crisp air into my lungs. The feeling of the spring water warm and comforting, yet my upper half exposed to sharpness of the cold, with the occasional light pinch of snow flakes on my skin. What a contrast in sensations. In my mind for now...but one day! Thank you for the experience.

Hey try this recipe can of chunk chicken mix one egg and handful of cheese mix it up and air fry for like 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees it’s a keto friendly recipe that keeps popping up on my feeds it’s so good and simple think you will love it. Oh i forgot roll them into little meat balls then cook😁
