Can you please advice on how you maintain discipline. I see you invested nice time on your grooming, making healthy meal, dedicated studying time and then screen time. I frequently get distracted and check my phone and you tube multiple time during work. I work from home and it is a desk job in front of computer 10 hrs a day. In between i get distracted a lot with social media. Can you please throw in some light on organizing, prioritizing and having discipline in life. Thank you
