My friend, it too me months of playing this game on the weekend (cuz school) when I was a kid to beat it. And you made it a casual thing you could do between meetings. That's absolutely insane.

If you wanna do real runs while learning you can do individual discs runs of glitchless. All the resources are on Speedrun.com the runner named lasagnaaammm has most up-to-date glitchless notes and always helps new runners when dmed on twitch. I'm abit offline these days but I can also help.
@blackdeathdoom1 thank you so much dude. Yeah I'll probably take your advice and go one disc at a time at first until I'm more comfortable with attempting any%. Once I find time in my daily life, I'll definitely start grinding it out!
I was watching a tier list video for LOTD characters, and it autoplayed to this and I was hooked! omg, it makes me wanna try to speedrun it. It'd take me 20 hours on my first try lmao
Is there a guide to this speedrun? I haven't kept up with the history of this games speedrun too much, but last time I checked the WR was around 8-10 hours, what are the major skips?
I wrote some intermediate notes, they're on speedrun.com in the game guides. The old any % is now called classic. This run uses save corruption to visit the developers debug room, duplicate items and bosses for experience.
