Take a look at the Bolin D412... 4K, Dante A/V, POE, One network cable per camera and you are set. Audio and Video come back using Dante. Also they have a really nice multicam remote for the movements that works over IP so still just one cable per camera.

You actually didn't need to invest into a new PTZ cameras where you have a good camera that works just fine. Just add a dedicated PTZ robotic head like Datavideo PTR-10T and mount your BMPCC camera and ready to go. The good thing is you can use any camera you like and not worry to have complex rigging like you did with your Ronin gimbals.
Would love to know the pixel pitch of that curved LED wall. Are you guys utilizing genlock on the switcher and cameras and the NovaStar led processor?👌😊
