I have the same Tupperware measuring cups. I love the 3/4 and 2/3 cups as well. The brown glass casserole dish on your top cabinets, when I was growing up, my mom had a bowl of that same design she made salads in back in the 70’s early 80’s. 😊
This was so nice of you to share your kitchen with us. So many memories of family and friends. I am 75 so I identified with many of the treasures you have. I can tell you will spend a lot of time in there so it is nice to have the things you love around you.
I loved your kitchen cupboards as soon as I saw them. And the painted stripe probably looks better than without that’s why it was painted. I would not change a thing xo
I like the red cabinets, as long as they work for you well. I like the red. It reminds me of a country style, red barn, look. You won't be there forever.
Corie please, please, please do a part 2 of this video! I enjoyed seeing familiar items I remember from my childhood and seeing one or two items I still have and use! Y’all are girls after my own heart!
I love your red cabinets! I recently found that Bon Ami will clean your ceramic cooktop and make the burners look like new. It also protects the pan bottoms by keeping stuff off.
I love your kitchen, Corie! I had the same Red Poppy pieces when I was younger and so wish that I had kept them ~ it makes me smile to see them again. I also have Texasware bowls, my mom and grandmas all used them. Your love of things from the past is so refreshing and I thank you for sharing with us.
I’m only a handful of min in. But I can tell we value a lot of the same things lol. It’s so cool to see others value the quality of even older utensils. I try to by “older” items whenever possible.
I love your red kitchen! It comes across as very warm and homey. I have two Texasware confetti bowls, my grandpa gave them to my mom when she was married 60 years ago. It's heartwarming to see a young person who appreciates and respects things from times past. You're a gem!
Corie, ❤ All the poppy design pieces go nicely with the red cabinets. I was with you on not really liking the color when you and Austin made your home together. But I do think it looks very country farmhouse looking. I love it! God Bless you and yours 💕
Thank you for sharing your favorite kitchen items. I love the poppy designs, too. When you cook, it is wonderful to remember stories of the items you use. My favorite bowl is one I bought for 50 cents at a yard sale when I was in college. Your kitchen is so cozy and warm just like you and your sweet family.
I'm with you on the vintage . When I bought my house , I gutted the kitchen , put it back together with mostly all vintage..I especially love 1940s era stuff.alot of my stuff came from family and friends.

I love Poppies. They remind me of Veterans Day. When I was growing up the veterans in our small town would sell poppy pins to raise money for veterans. I also love anything with chickens. I spent a lot of my childhood at my gramma's farm. Feeding the chickens was always fun.
😂 Olive wanted the attention! I love your kitchen and all your wonderful treasures❤️. Olive is a treasure, I’m so obsessed with her because she is so much like our sweet dog Achilles who passed 4 years ago. He lived to be 15, never enough time😢
Patty here! Kitchen section is my first stop at thrift stores too. My hubby had housewares category in his 41 year grocery career so I had the latest stuff all the time. But my heart was always vintage! By God’s directing my life and my love for the elderly I’ve helped 4 or 5 widows over the last few years declutter, organize, downsize and even move. I’ve received some really special items including 4 handmade quilts to name just a few things. I wasn’t blessed to have great grandmothers and grandmothers in my life so God using my love for these ladies to bless me so much has been special. I’m 63 and as you said I could continue to collect retro kitchen items but try to be very sparing with purchases. I bake almost daily but I give lots away when I go visiting. It nurtures my soul… I love how young you are and still love the old ways 🥰🙏🏻
I love vintage kitchen anything. My momma gave me so much. She also gave each granddaughter sets of dishes. Momma and Daddy's house was a showcase of treasues just like they were to all of us. Thank you for sharing💕🙏

I love all of your vintage kitchen ware and your beautiful red cabinets. I really enjoy your channel and your mother's channel. You all are so sweet, down to earth, and you calm my spirit. Thank you for recording these great videos which really keep me entertained as I sit in my chair and do my stitching. I am pretty much homebound right now so you, your sister, and your mother make me very happy. I love to see what you are crocheting and what your grandmother is crocheting. Her birthday sweater is beautiful as is the purple sweater you made and gave your mom. Take care.
I don't really care about kitchen stuff, I watched this video to see your beautiful face and to listen to your great soothing voice that lulls me to sleep, having said that ,I'm puzzled as to why you don't like your red cupboards, they remind me of our 70's kitchen and most of your taste seems to be traditional!
We cook with iron also. And pans are passed from generation to generation in our family. I just think you are the cutest sweetest young woman! Thx for sharing! I love older traditional things.. It ties me to my loved ones that are with the Lord.... Be blessed. In Jesus Name🙏🙌💯
