    😬材料:鱼三片、2勺绍兴酒、姜片 3片、蒜末
    、青葱丝、姜丝、少许滚油、
    😍酱汁:3勺酱油 、少许清水
    1.预备酱汁: 把酱油,清水混合均匀备用;把葱,切成丝泡在水里,备用
    2.把蒜末,炸成炸蒜备用,把姜丝炒至金黄,备用
    3.蒸锅开大火,等水滚,在鱼上,淋一点绍兴酒去腥
    4.水滚后,把铁盘放进蒸锅里,放3片姜,把鱼放上去,关盖蒸8分钟
    5.鱼蒸好后,把它移到另外一个盘子,蒸鱼渗出的水不要
    6.将炸蒜,炸姜丝,葱丝铺在鱼上;烧滚油,把滚油淋在鱼上
    7.调好的酱汁,也放进锅里热一热,淋上鱼

    5. After the fish is steamed, move it to another plate, don’t let the water leak out from the steamed fish
    6. Spread the fried garlic, fried ginger, and green onion on the fish; boil the oil and pour the oil on the fish
    7. Put the adjusted sauce into the pot and heat it up, top with the fish
