- In this 30 min COMPACT Full Body RESISTANCE BAND workout | Push Pull Legs & ABS | No Repeat , we will have 8 bundles of 4 exercises in total. Each bundle contains an upper body push, upper body pull, lower body and an abdominal exercise. For some of the exercises you need a solid object to attach your bands to. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and there twill be a 20 seconds rest in between
The resistance band that I am using are:
Hard Band (Red color on the screen) (18-36 kg)
Medium Band (yellow color on the screen) (13.6-27.2 kg)
Light Band (Green color on the screen) (6.8-15.9 kg)
You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using thicker Bands and increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x in a row!
In this 30 min COMPACT Full Body RESISTANCE BAND workout | Push Pull Legs & ABS | No Repeat, we will go through 8 bundles, each consisting of 4 exercises. Each bundle includes an upper body push, upper body pull, lower body, and abdominal exercise. Some exercises will require a stable object to attach your bands to. We'll perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest.

You can increase the intensity of this workout by using thicker bands and enhance its effectiveness by repeating the routine twice in a row!

Hi there!
I'm a little late to the party as it were, but it's better later than never. I recently switched from resistance tubes to long resistance bands. I find them more comfortable compared to the tubes especially doing chest presses. They lay flat against the back and it's better. I find I have to make grip adjustments during your workouts as my hands get sweaty. But doing the leg routines, being 6'2, I really have to stretch the bands for the leg quats. But your video for sure gets me sweating and that's of course a good thing!

well...I had to drop this workout because you didn't thought about the fact our sport room doesn't necessarily has a place where to hang the band and you didn't suggested alternative usually I do your workout without looking what the set are but I should have done it
