I’d like to own a few acres there for camping and hunting as I live in Nashville so it is close enough to go even just for a day but it’s waaaaaaay too conservative for a lefty like me. 😂
We’re very lefty liberals and literally just bought a 102 year old house on Gaines Street, close to historic downtown Sparta. It’s funny that you said that because unfortunately Marjorie Taylor Greene is my relative and there have been a few homes in Georgia District 14 that I loved but refuse to live in her district. She’s worse than people even realize. I’m actually the one that gave the Southern Poverty Law Center the screenshots and notes I had gathered on her social media activity which got her a much deserved spot on their HateWatch list. Marjorie still thinks it was Democrat Lucy McBath’s campaign that did it. 😂 I figured Sparta was conservative but hopefully we can add some blue to the political landscape. So ready to leave Chattanooga and after growing up in north Texas I’m really looking forward to cooler summers. 105 degree days really suck.

Thanks for the great video. For the complainers of out of state buyers, get used to it. It's everywhere. The sellers are counting on the out of state buyers because the locals can't afford it. Same thing happening everywhere else like Arizona. Can't stop change.
