im in the uk and in secondary school and i want to practice in new york and i want to go to columbia university but they dont give financial aid to international students😔
Hello shweta , i m too from india and want to be a dental assistant in Australia can you help me ,like it a 2 year diploma accepted there or any licensing exam pleaseee
My wife went straight to the NBD 1-2 after a transcript review than a Practical exam followed by state board with this dentist is explaining to you is for students that want to go back to school to an international program which I would not suggest because not only is it costly but in some cases you will not receive a degree but will be allowed to practice in certain states
@@veronicar9627 My wife has been practicing now about 20 years but the first part NDB1-2 took about 1.5 years than she took a bench exam that took 2 tries so about 8 months then the state board about 6 months. However I've known some to do it all in one year total
@@MrPogiBalut Thanks so much for replying, so she didn't go back to school? Also if I may ask, what state because I saw that most require you to have a DDS/DMD from an American school
@@veronicar9627 She could have gone back to school for 2-3 years and spend a lot of money we opted to move to California where should didn't need to go back. Where are you living?
@@veronicar9627 BTW, Here in the United States there are quite a few steps to before becoming a dentist as far far as her transcripts she had to get an original copy of her transcript certified by the school she attended than it was sent to a third party review company to determine its authenticity and submit her finger prints that were taken at a local police department the process seems long but many have done it.
