I like lost of the changes to the Mt09....but I'd put a nice round led headlight on there immediately. Like it looks rank. That front is vomit inducing. I think last year's headlight was beautiful that was my favourite part. Stupid doggos I was there first. I think I prefer the MT09 Tracer for looks but I have not ridden any MT's I would like to try them out but on looks they would not be my first choice I guess it's like the V Max that kinda looked very sort of different, but its not so bad to me now after many many years ha yes I am an old guy and my bikes are in no way modern Cheers good watch . : )
The tracer is lovely they done a great job on them. Yeh they would turn you off them I think haha. Can't beat a classic regardless of all the modern bikes classics are special. Cheers malcolm 👌
There are some aftermarket headlights by a company called Kenstomoto, speed ghoul for the mt-09 and Sabre for the mt-07. Check them out! If they update the one for the new MT-09 I’d buy it and sway in a heartbeat
@@MotoDragon there just trying to update there looks a after so many years like most brands do. I don’t thing the new mt07 looks bad but it’s because angles of the lights and the it’s position. It flows with the bike and it actually doesn’t look terrible in person. On the mt09 however daytime light are way to vertical. The center beam is position to high between them, and the entire headlight assembly is mounted to high and it doesn’t flow with the body lines of the bike. There is a Guy I found the “fixes” new bike designs with photoshop, I’ll send you a king to his mt-09 video. With even a few small tweaks the bike could have looked much better

Yeh it's a bit different, but not by much.
The MT09 seat doesn't have the removable back section from what I can see. Probably to hold you down with the torque.
