Hi everyone here is another historic site that I found with some very important history to the province of Saskatchewan. Most might not be aware of this so here is a look and the story of these first black settlers to come to the province. I hope you enjoy and don't forget to like, subscribe, comment and share this out if you found it interesting. Have a great day!
I remember going there a couple summers ago it was a fun experience because im standing where my ancestors made history. I know they’re smiling at us because we didnt have to live through what they lived through.thank you for make this video
Hi Wade, It's delightful that this piece of history is being preserved. This rustic and sacred church and cemetery is truly a treasure to be respected and shared with all. Educational video share, and a big thumbs up.
Hi there! It is always nice to see when a historical site is preserved and cared for so it lasts well into the future for people to enjoy. It was a beautiful little location. Thanks and take care!
Wow, what a great slice of history. I am sure that many have no idea... Such a perfect share for a teacher colleague who is focusing this quarter on Black history. Looks like there has been a great job done on the restoration! Just so appreciate you finding and highlighting these lesser known historical details that have helped to make our provinces and Canada what it is today! Perfect! Bruce and Otis
Yes very interesting piece of history. As you know I like finding and documenting these types of places that many might not know about. Very great job on preserving and restoring. Great to see! I always appreciate your nice feedback. Take care!
Another beautiful site with lots of history coming back to life again in your nice video, Wade. 👏👌 It is great to hear that the church and cemetary are well preserved and being looked after. Such places are very important to remind us of our own history. Keep up your great work, my dear friend. Best wishes, Michael.

This is another great piece of History. Back here in the East ( Nova Scotia ) we would never hear about this piece of History If not for your Videos. Great reporting. Nice to see they restored this old Building and Remembered the names in writing and with crosses where they are buried.
Glad you enjoyed it! There isn't a lot of other videos on some of these places that I visit and that interests me more to tell the story and get it out there. Hopefully people appreciate that. It is always great to see when a place is preserved.
That’s a great video Wade Impossible to imagine the hatred and violence and hardship that forced the original settlers to move around North America before settling at Shiloh. So well restored and now such a peaceful and evocative place. Thanks so much for sharing, a thought provoking video as always 👍👍👍
Thank you very much! It would have been very hard and trying times for them. Moving to the unknown to try and make a life for themselves. Their first winter would have been brutal for them in a totally different climate. Have a great day!
Seems like a common story, to wish for greener pastures and a better life but be met with disappointment. Still, this was a really interesting place with a very interesting history. Great video!
Thanks very much! Oh sorry I missed your premiere I get very busy but I will catch up on your videos soon and will try and catch a premiere in the future. Take care!
