Thanks for the impressive review. I got one of these and the quality is so good for the price. But I am not so happy with the lighting if I use the camera app on my laptop. I have also tried the Hikvision webcam application for windows but did not notice an improvement. Even with the lights on, I was expecting a brighter picture. With Zoom though, I can control the lighting and the video looks great.
Is this normal?

im planning to buy this for my online class, im very excited, lmao i lost it when you said the hikvision is better than th logitech. Btw at first, im also planning to get the logitech c270 but when i saw this hikvision, man, i switched up so quickly. indeed the best budget webcam so far, but the microphone is ok
I'm using it for past 8 months, It's really good but you need to tune the config of the webcam and need a decent lighting but overall I really like this budget friendly webcam. Thanks I watch this video :D

Have to say. I also bought one about two weeks ago. And im just as impressed at the quality. For that price its a no brainer. Best webcam to buy at that pricepoint. Apart from the limitations. Its still very good. And as most know. We dont even use the built in mics with streaming. Thanks for the video. What a proper review. Keep up the awesome reviews✌🤘

For a R600 webcam the Hikvision really is not that bad, especially on a budget.

Thanks for a great review. May I ask if the Hikvison 1080p has a manual white-balance control. Because my current webcam doesn't and when the auto white-balance kicks in, my green screen would go haywire. I'm looking into c920 because of the white balance setting. But after watched your review, if the Hikvision has the same feature I would definitely get the Hikvision.

I just commented to get a like, naaaaah lol the default colour contrast settings on Hikvision is great, pity you cant manually adjust them. I never heard anything about the camera's FPS

Nah, for the price this thing goes for its quality is utter garbage. This is C270 quality at almost double the price.
