Same. Tar pits, big fossils, old elephant graveyard type spot maybe, petrified trees, who knows. Could make for a cool badlands/mesa/savannah sub biome.
This is probably the most end-y sounding thing we've heard as of yet. Surface overworld biomes are almost exclusively real-life biomes, with the exception of the mushroom island. That paired with The Creaking sounding like a horror type mob makes the overworld seem like an unlikely place for the new biome, and it likely isn't a cave biome because they fairly recently updated those and the caves already have a "spooky" biome. The nether seems to also be an unlikely choice, as it's quite fleshed-out already and so Mojang probably won't add even more to it so soon. That leaves basically three main possibilities; it's an end biome (a theory furthered by the idea of it being "pale" just like almost everything in the end), it being an underwater biome of some kind, possibly based on shipwrecks because of old wood creaking (which I find kind of interesting and possibly better than it being an end biome), and 3rd (what I think to be the least likely theory) is that it's an overworld surface biome that is somehow separated from the rest of the surface, like the mushroom island.
Interesting theories! I think most likely is it's an End biome (for similar reasons to you), or a Cave Biome, because there are only 4-ish cave biomes currently compared to like 60-ish surface biomes to the overworld. But we'll find out in 3-ish days! :D

I actually think The Pale Garden is most likely gonna be in Bundles of Bravery Hardcore mode is only new on Bedrock, so for Java the name wouldnt make sense unless there's some other new (possibly scary) challenge, ie the Pale Gardens
Sounds like a horror biome for Halloween, the bravery part of the name fitting with that. Very interested to see if this is actually real or not EITHER WAY IM HYPED

I have not seen the video, just wanted to contragulate you on censoring the information in the thumbnail and for the spoiler alert. Not everyone is as considerate as you.
The Pale Garden sounds super cool, i imagine three main possibilities, a cave biome, a nether biome, or an end biome. Cave biome seems good for the fact we have the deep dark already, with what little we have it is surface-level similar to the deep dark. Its also possible its a nether biome, pale could reference bones or a new nylium, and creaking could be some freaky thing there. We have yet to get a new nether biome, so them adding another would be huge. And of course the end, endstone itself is pale, and creaking is a very end name
I’d rule out nether since it was recently updated. And I definitely get end vibes from the Creaking. Same with pale garden. I kinda hope it is an end biome and I hope the Creaking is an enderman variant since they never really get enough love. It’s always been the zombies and skeletons getting the love in recent updates.
@@crazyguy_1233 >and I hope the Creaking is an enderman variant Why though, it should 100% be another mob entirely, considering the End only has TWO mobs (i do not count Endermites or the Dragon)
I think this kind of leak is fun because we get some names of things but really no clue what they are. It'd be no different than if they had made an announcement saying "Tune in to learn about the new biome _______ and enemy _________" with the names there
Bruh it’s just a name of a biome and one single mob… that’s a small leak! We still don’t even know what the update’s about, what it’s called, or literally anything else!
The pale garden sounds like either a new end biome or a sky biome. Maybe a new dimension entirely? I like the sound of this biome it might become my favorite. The creaking makes me wonder what it could be. Maybe an undead mob possibly a variant of the enderman? Would be cool. I wonder if they are doing an end update slowly adding new biomes through drops. It would be cool if this is the case.
What if the leak was actually planned by Mojang? Maybe mojang actually "leaked" the next update to see what people's reaction and approval of the update would be. This would be so they can switch it up before they make a change that the community hates?
@@KattyKitten69 Yeah agreed, not to mention that they can’t actually gauge feedback and reactions when it’s literally only a name of a biome and one mob. We still know almost nothing about all of this.
It sounds like it’s a seasonal drop and it’s gonna be a scary theme with the creaking being a ghost sorta mob and the pale garden being a spooky forest or grace yard like biome
Because you've seen clips of it, you get the image it happens all the time. I know it's bad even if it happens only once, but so many players never had issues like that. Some of the clips are also just connection issued from their end
@@NYKevin100 It still does happen in some hardcore games. Also, I’ve never had these things happen to me except for the dying on loading screens bug which they fixed.
I mean it’s just the name of a mob and a biome, not really a big leak. We’re still learning what all this is and what it’s about in the live. Hopefully we get more than one mob though lol I feel like they’re so stingy with mobs, it gets boring when there’s only one new one.
I reckon the update may actually come sometime between the end of october and the beginning of november. The "Creaking" and a pale garden biome feel perfect for halloween, so I would be quite surprised if it was meant to be a december/january release. I think these "smaller drops" are meant to be about the size of the armored paws update. Just 2-4 new features and maybe an update to a previous feature, all of which are connected. I reckon they announce it this week and give the first 3 weeks of october to do snapshots and community feedback, then the last week to finalize and release. Of course, it's probably not gonna be exactly like that, but that feels akin to what they have done with updates like the aforementioned armored paws update. In any case, this is what I like about the idea of smaller updates. Every few months, we get a small update relating to the season. Oceans and deserts in the summer, snow and ice in the winter, and other things sprinkled throughout.
The Beta 1.8 pre-release was a leak. Someone asked Notch if it was okay to play it, and he said yes. After that, the wiki made a page listing bugs in that build, which was very helpful. Mojang then decided to intentionally release pre-releases to the public. If that leak never happened, we may not have snapshots, pre-releases, or Bedrock previews today. In other words, the leak ended up being beneficial for Mojang.
Honestly it still sad something like this happened I know for a fact the devs team doesn’t want any more high expectations coming for new updates so having this now kinda make people have many thoughts of this
Here's my predictions for the leaks. The pale garden I think will be a new end biome with whiter blocks and plants and tall slender plants similar to the chorus fruit. There might be structures in this biome but I have no idea. For the mob, the creaking, I think it will look similar to an enderman and to the tall white chorus fruit plant. I think it will disguise itself with the plants and right before it ambushes you, it makes a creaking chain or tree noise, hence the name, it can also teleport like an enderman. It'd probably drop a new item. I think something similar to an enderpearl but I don't know what new things it would do.
I know everyone says the "Pale Garden" sounds very "endy", but it sounds more Nethery to me, or maybe a part of an undead dimension (it's pale, and pale = dead). The picture I get in my head is clay-colored trees (creamy grays, blues, teals, light greens). Maybe this is what the warden guards (that portal-like structure). "The Creaking" also sounds like the "Forgotten" (Quark mob), like if you're in the deep depths and think you're safe with everything lit up. Fun fact - there was a time in Minecraft Alpha (one snapshot) where mobs could spawn at a higher light level the deeper you went (until you needed to have a torch on every tile).
Pale garden sounds kinda like a graveyard biome? Like really misty and spooky, the creaking could just be something like a zombie in a coffin lol… I hope it’s more unique than that though But this really doesn’t seem like an overworld biome? Tbh it feels like a nether biome of all things but that would be an odd choice I highly doubt after all the end update request spam they would dare launch an end update with only 1 biome and mob being the main draw
The recent changes to updates makes it incredibly unlikely they'll release large scale updates anymore. Instead they'll likely release 1-2 biomes/mobs per update. Not something to be upset about
@@kqlamari I feel like the changes Mojang's made to updates gives them more freedom for larger updates. They can release unrelated content throughout the year (like the bundle), and release a large scale update when it's ready, not just because it's the time of year when everyone expects an update to be released.

I like the way you go about leaks in titles and thumbnails, so I think it's completely fine for you to cover them, they are minecraft news after all, you're doing much better than most youtubers would.
I think if it was an end related update, it would have mentioned it. It just doesn't make sense to leave out that detail when you're recaping the new features.
Maybe this biome and mob will be part of a December/Halloween styled drop. They did say that drops would make it easier to make seasonal updates like that. I feel like the bundle and Hardcore mode stuff will be added in a different drop, or small features in one. I don't think they would base an entire drop on these two small things we already know about.
Oof they named a mob after what my knees sound like going up stairs. I swear I’m not that old and it doesn’t hurt, it’s just louder than I’d ever thought it could be in my 30s….
Nautilus shells in loot chests would be handy.. Anything useful in loot chests would be handy. And a reason to explore, like something interesting every 3000 blocks. I jest.
Guesses as to what the Pale Garden is 1. Rare overworld biome maybe as an opposite to mushroom islands 2. Rare end biome? 3. Name for a new dimension, which I am personally hoping for 4. Cave biome similar to the deep dark
sounds like a realllllly cool biome hope so. I have actually wanted a garden update for so long now like 3 years. Ik its not probably a real garden-like biome but its still really cool as a name and hope it turns out good, and if its in the end like toycat mentioned, then that would just be perfect
I hope the end update is a big update. If it is a smaller update I am unironically going to be mad. The only way they can do an end update is if it is just as big or bigger than the nether update
The recent changes to updates makes it incredibly unlikely they'll ever do an update in similar scale to the nether update, instead they'll release the biomes or end features in smaller drops every couple of months
EXTREMELY unlikely they'll do anything as big as the Nether Update in sheer content ever again. And highly unlikely that it'll be ""big"" in the Community's Definition (which is also small and something something generic "Mojang Lazy" here)
I hope it's not an end biome but a cave biome, because having end update with a single biome is too underwhelming. They should cook at least 4 like with nether update, before dropping them.
With the recent change to updates, it's incredibly unlikely they'll ever release an update with as much content as the nether update ever again. Instead we'll get the same amount of content in the same amount of time, just we get little pieces of it along the way
Possibly a end update over the course of a few years maybe add 2 huge new biomes in 2025 part of a spring and winter update drop . And later on in 2026 possibly another end drop
Glad to hear the bundle is getting out from behind experimental in 1.21.40. Putting all those small stacks of stackable items in a single slot has become extremely convenient, even in worlds where I have shulker boxes.
One thing I noticed is that this live didn't mention anything about 1.22 it was all about game drops, so what's the chance that these are not 1.22 but just game drops they plan on releasing
The Creaking could indicate copper related (due to oxidation) like The Copper Golem Pale Garden could be End related (obvious pale color) OR cave related (think glowing mushroom biome) for a Scary/Horror update
if its really for an end update, then "Pale Garden" does ACTUALLY sound like they’ll try to keep the End's desolate aesthetic and not completely overwrite it unlike something like BetterEnd, which is a good mod but nowhere near vanilla style.
It's what I'm here for! One of my memories is a video where you're walking through the airport while recording. Just so you could get a video out regarding an update.
I am begging that the pale garden includes some structures with a calcite block set in. Would fit so well, considering it’s pale and all. AND I NEED MY CALCITE BRICKS 😭
This is insane Link in a lot of other people say the pale garden sounds like it would be a biome for the end which I hope it is one reason I want of the many people that wants to end update but also adding the pale garden could give us more lore of the Minecraft world because it's still vague with the story of Minecraft between Minecraft Legends Minecraft dungeons into Minecraft vanilla which is present-day Minecraft
Thank you so much for giving a warning, not saying what it is in the title, and blurring out the text on the thumbnail. 🙏 I was trying to avoid spoilers once i saw that they were around (from this video coincidentally) and i just loaded up youtube and Fundy had the spoilers right on the thumbnail. 😤 So thank you for taking into account that some people don’t want spoilers, i’m giving this video a like because of that!
4:04 Well there is one, it's the warden of the deep dark. So maybe the pale garden and the creaking could be adding one of the scrapped version of the sculk and deep dark
My thought process is that "Gardens" are not natural structures, they are handmade by Man. The only mob that interacts with blocks is the Enderman, which come from the End. Ergo, it will be a new biome in the End and the Creaking is gonna be a "cousin" to the Enderman, and is the Pale Garden's creator and keeper
The pale garden biome could also be in the desert since sand is pale. Maybe it would be like An oasis or something. It wouldn’t be an end update but it would still be pretty cool
Pale Garden and The Creaking sound cool to be honest, whatever it's end-like or a small zone of garden in the overworld, it doesn't matter where it is for me

I wonder if they "accidentally" leak features just to keep people talking abt the game and to draw people in
I mean there's no image's
I actually think The Pale Garden is most likely gonna be in Bundles of Bravery
Hardcore mode is only new on Bedrock, so for Java the name wouldnt make sense unless there's some other new (possibly scary) challenge, ie the Pale Gardens
That makes sense; we'll see I guess
Sounds like a horror biome for Halloween, the bravery part of the name fitting with that. Very interested to see if this is actually real or not EITHER WAY IM HYPED
while hardcore isn't new to java edition as a whole, it did just recently get the ability to use hardcore on realms specifically. i'm not saying i think for certain that's what the bravery part could mean on java edition, but also... this is mojang. i wouldn't really put something that silly past them.
I'm happy we're finally getting a new hostile mod, I much prefer them to the passive ones
Yeah, they feel alot more alive and interactive
Same. They're always guaranteed to have actual gameplay
Breeze and The Bogged: Am I a joke to you?
Lol; but new hostile mob does sound cool!
I would say I hope they focus on the general reception of the film trailer but they probably won’t and will only show the biased reactions and act like it did really really welll
I have not seen the video, just wanted to contragulate you on censoring the information in the thumbnail and for the spoiler alert. Not everyone is as considerate as you.
True

@@crazyguy_1233 >and I hope the Creaking is an enderman variant
Why though, it should 100% be another mob entirely, considering the End only has TWO mobs (i do not count Endermites or the Dragon)
I think this kind of leak is fun because we get some names of things but really no clue what they are. It'd be no different than if they had made an announcement saying "Tune in to learn about the new biome _______ and enemy _________" with the names there
In german we even have an idiom for that
This is probably one of the more devastating leaks that they could have messed up and done.
I disagree, they could have revealed pictures or actual mechanics.
It's only a couple of days before the live where it was set to be reveled
@@jacobrutzke691 I think that makes it even funnier for me :D
Bruh it’s just a name of a biome and one single mob… that’s a small leak! We still don’t even know what the update’s about, what it’s called, or literally anything else!
>one of the more devastating leaks
Absolutely not.
Or it might be for spooky scary update
0:13 the hostile mob is doing WHAT???
Toycat is getting freaky, not gonna lie 😂😂😂
No.

What if the leak was actually planned by Mojang?
Maybe mojang actually "leaked" the next update to see what people's reaction and approval of the update would be. This would be so they can switch it up before they make a change that the community hates?
Yeah that makes no sense, Minecraft live is in 5 days, how would they just scrap the update and make a whole other one in the span of only 5 days?
Yeah, i think it smells real fishy ngl
@@KattyKitten69 Yeah agreed, not to mention that they can’t actually gauge feedback and reactions when it’s literally only a name of a biome and one mob. We still know almost nothing about all of this.
Pale garden made me instantly think of hollow knight so my incredibly biased opinion is itl be an underground biome
Same here! Although I’m trying my best to not have high expectations…
Minecraft 1.46 leak
all zombies die ❤
and with a vague name like 'pale garden' it can be kinda of anything.
migth even be a new desert biome with salt pilars and things
It sounds like it’s a seasonal drop and it’s gonna be a scary theme with the creaking being a ghost sorta mob and the pale garden being a spooky forest or grace yard like biome
We might also get a white wood type, which would be great for suburban house builds.
Those ugly boring minimalist modern houses huh
I am very curious how they are going to deal with Bedrock's "oops I suddenly died out of nowhere" problem. You can't do that in a hardcore game.
Supposedly the reason its taking so long to come out is because they are rewritting alot of code just to fix that problem.
Thus never happens to me
Because you've seen clips of it, you get the image it happens all the time.
“Pale garden” with a hostile mob sounds really cool.
Yep, that employee was definetley fired
You just fired half of their development team 😭
Have you looked it up 😅 how do you know which one it was?
Pale garden could be a biome above the clouds like a heaven like space above clouds ⛅️ 🎶 ✨️ with a hostile mob ofc
Wait, it's almost October, "The Creaking" Hostile mob and "Pale Garden" ? . This might be a spooky themed update!
Dear god leaks?
Don't act surprise, minecraft leaks things since notch was the only developer
@@W2nps What? Notch hasn't played a role with the managing of Minecraft in a decade!
@@Key-Knight87 p sure they meant that minecraft has been leaking things since _the time_ when notch was the only dev.
@@Minermatt2582 And us!!! :D
As long as he new mob isn't just another re-skinned skeleton or zombie. Mojang do have a history leaning towards that.
Honestly it still sad something like this happened I know for a fact the devs team doesn’t want any more high expectations coming for new updates so having this now kinda make people have many thoughts of this
bruhh that biome sounds like it came from hollow knight
the pale garden is what happens when you get a bunch of minecraft youtubers to go outside and force them to do some landscaping
I am even more excited to watch Minecraft Live after this leak! :D
One other possibility for the pale garden is it being a Cave Biome, I think.
Pale garden is definitely end-related
As to the creaking, I think Minecraft dungeons had a similarly named hostile mob in the end themed DLC
“Pale Garden” to me sounds like a ghostly cemetery type of foliage. Yk like those horror forests
By pale garden I remember that RageElixir horror map video in a forest
3:17 The name Pale Garden is already pretty exciting on its own, it’s giving hollow knight vibes
Same here, first thing that came to mind was something like queens gardens with the aesthetics of white palace
I can hear the sound of saw
Sounds almost like a Halloween update
Pale garden sounds kinda like a graveyard biome? Like really misty and spooky, the creaking could just be something like a zombie in a coffin lol… I hope it’s more unique than that though
But this really doesn’t seem like an overworld biome? Tbh it feels like a nether biome of all things but that would be an odd choice
I highly doubt after all the end update request spam they would dare launch an end update with only 1 biome and mob being the main draw
Could be a cave biome
Ocean biome maybe? Like a dead coral reef with haunted shipwrecks and stuff.
@@king_dotI doubt they would add a new cave biome.
It just doesn't make sense to leave out that detail when you're recaping the new features.
>it would have mentioned it.
Not exactly?
i think the pale garden should be an "Endgame" End biome, with stronger enemies. i really think making the creakings strong would be really cool!
Love leaks of any gaming related kind
Oof they named a mob after what my knees sound like going up stairs. I swear I’m not that old and it doesn’t hurt, it’s just louder than I’d ever thought it could be in my 30s….
Uh oh, your 30s? Im so sorry.
You know, sometimes you just press the wrong button and now the fans get to benefit early lol.
Nautilus shells in loot chests would be handy.. Anything useful in loot chests would be handy. And a reason to explore, like something interesting every 3000 blocks. I jest.
the creaking is probably gonna look a hostile sniffer where its all mossy and grassy
Guesses as to what the Pale Garden is
1. Rare overworld biome maybe as an opposite to mushroom islands
2. Rare end biome?
3. Name for a new dimension, which I am personally hoping for
4. Cave biome similar to the deep dark
Nah if it’s similar mushroom biome in overword💀 I’m going lose it
Im %99.99 sure that it's not a new dimension. You're setting yourself up for disappoinment
@@PlumbCarton5607 it’s a joke
Minecraft 1.22 sounds so much better than the Minecraft movie
Adding all minecraft dungeons features is my dream update
sounds like a realllllly cool biome hope so. I have actually wanted a garden update for so long now like 3 years. Ik its not probably a real garden-like biome but its still really cool as a name and hope it turns out good, and if its in the end like toycat mentioned, then that would just be perfect
Totally off topic, but that outro music brings back so much nostalgia back when I first started playing this game back in around 2012-2013.
the "Pale Garden" sounds like a graveyard. I'm really hoping for a spooky update
I’m ok with multiple smaller drops for the end if they can’t dedicate a huge update to it
With the recent change to updates, it's incredibly unlikely they'll ever release an update with as much content as the nether update ever again. Instead we'll get the same amount of content in the same amount of time, just we get little pieces of it along the way
Possibly a end update over the course of a few years maybe add 2 huge new biomes in 2025 part of a spring and winter update drop .
And later on in 2026 possibly another end drop
The caves have plenty of biomes, the End does not. And as mentioned in another reply, large updates are a thing of the past now.
1.22 feels like an end update
Glad to hear the bundle is getting out from behind experimental in 1.21.40. Putting all those small stacks of stackable items in a single slot has become extremely convenient, even in worlds where I have shulker boxes.
If this is actually going to be the update I'm kind of excited, it'll be interesting.
One thing I noticed is that this live didn't mention anything about 1.22 it was all about game drops, so what's the chance that these are not 1.22 but just game drops they plan on releasing
u know its serious when ibxtoycat wakes up and makes a video on a mc leak and its 8:30 pm est here in the united states
The Creaking could indicate copper related (due to oxidation) like The Copper Golem
Pale Garden could be End related (obvious pale color) OR cave related (think glowing mushroom biome) for a Scary/Horror update
if its really for an end update, then "Pale Garden" does ACTUALLY sound like they’ll try to keep the End's desolate aesthetic and not completely overwrite it unlike something like BetterEnd, which is a good mod but nowhere near vanilla style.
NEW WOOD TYPE?!?!?!?!
Maybe?
considering that the new biome name has garden in it probably likely
@PlumbCarton5607 i mean i feel its a 90% chance for new wood IM JUST SOOOO EXCITEDDDDDDDDUH EEEEEEEEE
@@thecreaminator1729 i just saw a post somewhere a little bit ago, there's probably gonna be a white wood
@@PlumbCarton5607 i was guessing white or some other pale color
It's what I'm here for!
One of my memories is a video where you're walking through the airport while recording. Just so you could get a video out regarding an update.
I’m calling it now, it’s a mob that possesses blocks or maybe specifically wood and comes out to damage you
Like the silverfish? Minecraft don't want to duplicate behaviour, as written in their book
Inb4 the Ancient City Portal takes you to the Pale Garden, and The Creaking is a Sound-Based Mob, like Skulk and The Warden
Sounds like something from Pans Labyrinth, or an ent.
I'm here for both of them!
I am begging that the pale garden includes some structures with a calcite block set in. Would fit so well, considering it’s pale and all. AND I NEED MY CALCITE BRICKS 😭
I was about to say looks like Mojang finally prevented leaks this year from happening like what happened last year spoke too soon 💀
That hand shaking and arm flailing gets me everytime.
I feel like "pale gardens" references the end
