Nice videos. I just discovered your channel as I am thinking starting jet skiing. I have other channels too. Are you using the Insta 360 camera? If yes, how you do control it ? I mean in such large portions of navigation you record it all the way and then cut it in post? Or you have a remote control?
@@JetSkiCamping not as good as Gary's Anchorage although there is a toilet block and tables there. Not unlike Gary's Anchorage the Mosquito's and Midgees can be overwhelming. There is another logging camp further north, no barges there but there is still a lot of timber piers left there. A bit of a walk up to the camp but ther is a lot of buildings and machinery that was left behind. Again gated off but very interesting. Fraser has a very diverse history, there is in my opinion a fair effort does in to sanitise it.
If you go up past the second wreck you will find an old timber wreck, we found it in 2004 . But keep your eyes open for crocodiles one was seen in 04 near grays anchorage
Great video mate. I've owned PWC's since the early 90's and only managed to do a jet ski camping expedition once. Now my kids are old enough to camp with me I'd love to do something like that again and your videos are inspiring me to get off my butt and do something about it.
if you keep heading north past Kingfisher bay resort there are some awesome creeks that you can ride up if the tide is right. Moon creek and coongal creek, massive stingrays, turtles in crystal clear waters.
Terrific episode. This is exactly what i want to do. May i request an in-depth review of the LX please? You mentioned you’d do one a while back. I’ve considering the LX mostly because of you.
@@JetSkiCamping im from the states live in NC and we just got a pair of older jet skis this past summer and love it we have already explored several local lakes
@@JetSkiCamping we have a dual trailer we have a older kawaski and a seadoo we are still new to jet skis but have fell in love with them. im sure we will upgrade in the future

There are timber barges left over from logging.
Up behind the Ungowa jetty is the old forestery settlement. Well gated off.
I’ll have to get back and check it out. Thanks Kent. What the campsite like there?
