These special dialogues with DLC characters were so awkward, because you can tell they didn't want to pay extra for the actors of "old" characters to come back to record new lines, so you end up with a really clunky attempt to edit together conversations by mixing the DLC lines with old lines. The result is stuff like Mysterio just brushing off everything Venom said and everyone calling Sabretooth Wolverine.
I think that dialogue was for Spider-Man, and they just repurposed it for Venom. You'll notice this happens a lot with Wolverine and Sabretooth as well.
