    Can anyone tell me how to get the stitches looking so near and tidy not bunched up like mine and you do it in line. This pattern is fantastic. And you are a brilliant teacher, I can follow quite easy

      Thank you for your kind words! Achieving neat and tidy crochet stitches is a common goal for many crafters. Here are some tips to help you achieve smoother and more even crochet stitches:
      Tension: Consistent tension is key in crochet. Make sure you're not pulling the yarn too tightly or letting it be too loose. Finding the right tension may take some practice, but it's essential for even stitches.
      Hook Size: Use the correct size of crochet hook for the yarn you're working with. A larger hook will create looser stitches, while a smaller hook will make tighter stitches. Experiment with different hook sizes to find the one that works best for your yarn and desired stitch appearance.
      Practice: Like any craft, crochet improves with practice. If you're working on a specific stitch pattern, practice it on a small swatch before incorporating it into your project.
      Consistency: Pay attention to your technique and be consistent with your movements. Make sure you're inserting your hook in the same way and wrapping the yarn consistently for each stitch.
      Relax: Don't grip the hook too tightly. A relaxed grip will help you control your tension and create smoother stitches.
      Blocking: After finishing your project, consider blocking it. Blocking can help even out your stitches and give your work a more polished look.
      Patience: Be patient with yourself. Crocheting is a skill that improves with practice, and everyone starts as a beginner. Don't be discouraged if your stitches aren't perfect at first.
      With time and practice, your crochet stitches will become neater and more consistent. Keep enjoying your craft, and remember that the learning process is all part of the fun. Happy crocheting!

    One more thing I'm having trouble using yarn in my left hand, so I hold my hook and yarn in my right hand and do it like I'm knitting, is that a bad thing ?

    • @AdoreCreaCrochet
      @AdoreCreaCrochet  10 місяців тому

      Not at all! Crocheting with your yarn in your right hand, as if you're knitting, is perfectly fine. It's known as "English" or "right-handed" crochet. Many crocheters use this method, and it's a matter of personal preference. What's important is that you're comfortable with your technique and can create beautiful crochet projects. Keep doing what works for you! 😊🧶

    I was disappointed to hear annoying music !!!
    It's not easy to concentrate and I don't want to have to turn my device up and down intermittently.🙁
