This is the second video I have seen where a brave driver has found kids locked in a cage in the back of pick up trucks. I think you drivers have become the eyes we normal folk don’t have. A truck driver had reported the vehicle was at a rest stop and he observed some kids get out of a 'cage' in the back of the truck and use the restroom at the rest stop. The officer did locate a vehicle matching the description and initiated a traffic stop. The officer noticed a wooden structure in the bed of the truck with a tarp over it. The driver of the vehicle, Rebecca Peralta, 49 of Phoenix, AZ was traveling with her brother and her four children from Mexico back to their residence in Arizona. Three of the children were in the back of the truck sleeping in the wooden structure. Peralta, her brother, and the fourth child were in the cab of the truck. The children were originally all in the cab but wanted to sleep and were allowed to lay down in the back of the truck on beds and sleep. Everyone's identity was verified with passports. The officer conducted a welfare check on the children. The structure they were in was not locked. The children all had food, did not appear to be in any distress, and there were no signs of foul play. Officers determined there was no apparent criminal activity.'

The people transporting the kids are used to the public ignoring them and not wanting to get involved, particularly if those who see them are aware that it's some kind of gang related activity. They figured that as long as they stayed reasonably discreet, they would be able to do the dirty without any consequences. And then, someone stepped up to stop them. They were traveling at night so no one would see them. By day they'd have been spotted sooner. But the terrifying thought is that implies they have safe houses every 6 hours or so on their route.
Have you heard of or looked into the Finders Group? They were a group that were found in what seems to be a similar type situation that happened in the early 80s. 100% true and nothing happened to the leaders of the group, which is what I feel like would happen here. I wish I knew the county this happened in to find the names of the people caught to see what, if anything, came of this and led to others involved. These people were definitely not working alone. This is the second video I have seen where a brave driver has found kids locked in a cage in the back of pick up trucks. I think you drivers have become the eyes we normal folk don’t have. 'On June 19, 2023, at around 01:42 a.m., a New Mexico State Police officer on patrol on Interstate 10 near milepost 34 was attempting to locate a truck that was reported to have a cage in the bed. A truck driver had reported the vehicle was at a rest stop and he observed some kids get out of a 'cage' in the back of the truck and use the restroom at the rest stop.
The officer did locate a vehicle matching the description and initiated a traffic stop. The officer noticed a wooden structure in the bed of the truck with a tarp over it. The driver of the vehicle, Rebecca Peralta, 49 of Phoenix, AZ was traveling with her brother and her four children from Mexico back to their residence in Arizona. Three of the children were in the back of the truck sleeping in the wooden structure. Peralta, her brother, and the fourth child were in the cab of the truck. The children were originally all in the cab but wanted to sleep and were allowed to lay down in the back of the truck on beds and sleep.
Everyone's identity was verified with passports. The officer conducted a welfare check on the children. The structure they were in was not locked. The children all had food, did not appear to be in any distress, and there were no signs of foul play. Officers determined there was no apparent criminal activity.'

The people transporting the kids are used to the public ignoring them and not wanting to get involved, particularly if those who see them are aware that it's some kind of gang related activity. They figured that as long as they stayed reasonably discreet, they would be able to do the dirty without any consequences. And then, someone stepped up to stop them.

They were traveling at night so no one would see them. By day they'd have been spotted sooner.
But the terrifying thought is that implies they have safe houses every 6 hours or so on their route.

Have you heard of or looked into the Finders Group? They were a group that were found in what seems to be a similar type situation that happened in the early 80s. 100% true and nothing happened to the leaders of the group, which is what I feel like would happen here. I wish I knew the county this happened in to find the names of the people caught to see what, if anything, came of this and led to others involved. These people were definitely not working alone.
