I have a theory that Dr. Thane was a big fan of Dr. Light’s work and made his creation with love, care, and effort. Rokko Chan’s success was noticed by Light and his fan’s experiment influenced his final creation: Mega Man X.
Mighty NO.9, requested millions in fund raising on kick starter. Often considered terrible. Rokko chan, I haven't checked, but definitely a smaller budget. Considered great according to commenters.

I know those giant crates in Lightning Man's stage is supposed to be based off the ones in Spark Man's stage but having them on the conveyor belts more reminds me of the final level of Journey to Silius.
Great fan game. Sadly, Mega Man Unlimited would make a Jet Man with the exact same weapon you get for defeating him (Jet Missile). There needs to be a Rokko Chan 2. I will not accept Rokko Chan 3D as the sequel. 3D killed Mega Man, it will kill Rokko Chan.
