Moore's trilogy is wonderful. I wish Norwegian animation would pick up our folk lore again. There haven't been much of that (to my knowlege) since the stop-motion of Ivo Caprino.
It's the first Saloon Cartoon movie I've seen, and the work is impeccable, I was moved (I cried) by all the animation on paper with various techniques, even the two soundtracks of the movie, the sound of the storm... the sound of running, panting... :) Toom Moore and his team make us dream of a realistic background movie Cartoon I wish you my blessings and the best.
