One Bad Day: Bane No.1
Bane was born in the dark, but these days he lives in the light. Now free from the grip of Venom, Bane is reliving his glory days in the wrestling ring. Relentlessly shattering the backs of luchadors dressed up as Batman. Bane is adored by fans, but he’s also alone and feels that his best days are behind him.
One night, a man surprises Bane with a vial of Venom. He explains that someone is producing new forms of the drug down in Texas. Contemplating the power in his hands, Bane refuses the temptation and hurls the vial into the fire. He then journeys to where the drug is being manufactured but is quickly discovered and taken captive. Bane is then beaten, learning the whole thing was a ruse to lure him there. Upon hearing this, he unleashes his wrath upon his captors.
Bane then discovers Dr Porter, the creator of Venom. The two engage in a brawl, Bane utilizes his intellect to gain the advantage. He starts mixing chemicals and ignites a massive explosion, turning the estate to ash. As Bane regains consciousness, he is greeted by Bruce. Bane begs for one last fight, wishing for Batman to finally free him from his pain. But Bruce instead challenges Bane to discover a new purpose for his life. To own his pain and inspire good in others. Then they’ll fight again.

What most people forget is that Bane is not just a dumb brute,he is actually really smart. Most of that just cant be represented well in live action/animation due to his fighting style

Let's also not forget when he first took on Batman, he completely demolished him, and knows Bruce is Batman.

He's smart in Arkham Origins until he had brain damage
He was originally introduced as intelligent as Batman but was more lethal because of his upbringing in prison and he only decided to take venom because he knew he didn't have the wealth, experience, and extensive martial arts training to match Batman.
I like this a hopeful story where Bane is just a person not good nor bad but on a journey to being better

It would be cool if bane found an enchanted luchador mask that would grant him super strength and toughness as long as his heart remained true and his lust for combat never fades.
Kinda like juggernaut minis the heart remaining true.
He finally got the chance to be the hero he was meant to be and always wanted

Need a "Bane after Gotham" series about this. He's gotta struggle with his addiction, rely on his actual muscles and not what the drug gives him, and he'd be on an adventure to stop the production of Venom.
I'd probably be somewhere between a 3 - 8 episode one shot story, but it'd be awesome.

Bane has one of the saddest origin stories ever, i mean the new earth one with osito and bane being the canon son of king snake
Would have been cool if somehow fit in the story a large shadow lachador steps up to bane in ring and it's like some ultra type of bane juiced out with the new venom syserum facing off in the ring

The story arc is definitely epic but I can't say I rlly love the idea of Bane becoming an anti-hero or even turning good. Feel like he works best as a villain
theres a storyline where batman dies and no robin takes up the mantle nor any jim gordon becoming batman, and bane take up the batman mantle defending gotham and bringing about peace. Can't remember the name of the comic line but it does exist.

That's, uh... very inspiring, Bruce. But, y'know, the guy's still a murderer on the loose who's been breaking peoples' backs. Meanwhile, the Zurr-En-Arr in his head gets him going crazy on Catwoman because she's been training henchpeople to be more independent.

He literally gambling on the odds of him and every other villain turning good or bad. People can change, but you can’t be merciful to people who killed other people. Now if it wasn’t involving that like minor crimes then thats one thing, but batman is putting all Gotham City at risk. Joker should have been dealt with soon as he killed 1 person. Being a hero is taking out the threat permanently. This whole “I’m a better person than them so I won’t stoop to their level” crap is what the criminals take advantage of and is why more people die. Your always better than the criminal when your actually doing your job saving lives. Its a form of selfishness really that he won’t break his code to keep everyone else, selfish rather letting more people die cause he just won’t kill. In the real world, this wouldn’t happen.

Well, you're correctly identifying that Batman has flawed logic. And you're siding with a version of Batman who kills murderers. And, from a public safety standpoint, some murderers, such as the Joker, are deserving of the Death Penalty. They're too dangerous to be kept alive.
But many of Batman's Rogue's Gallery are themselves motivated to kill people they view as murderers. Anarky, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Red Hood, Two Face, etc.
You could argue that killing these villains would save the lives of many other murderers. Or you could argue that their logic is flawed and that they're endangering many innocent people despite their "good" intentions. Or perhaps their judgment isn't good enough to appropriately identify a murderer (ideology, misinformation/deception, self justification, delusion).
And all this circles back to Batman. He may be the world's greatest detective, but he's still prone to flawed logic. And if he's self aware of that, it's best he doesn't cause irreversible damage.
@@alexandredesouza3692 that’s understandable. I also understand why batman doesn’t kill cause once he starts he won’t stop. He may even become worse than the villains, proof the batman who laughs. Its 50/50 whether he would keep killing whether he was infected with Joker’s nano toxin or not. Sure the toxin made him into the batman who laughs and kill more, but then again other batmen from different universes believes once they start they won’t stop even without the nano toxin. Simple solution is have basically the punisher in Gotham. Now if I was personally batman and knows this knowledge, I would personally give the criminals one chance to change and make it very clear with them that if they commit a crime again, they will be killed by the punisher. Its a perfect balance of giving someone just 1 chance to change, but not too many where more lives are unfortunately killed. Not too merciful, but not too ruthless either. Even red hood could be Gotham’s Punisher, at least then we know if red hood goes a little rogue, batman can always stop him. Also there won’t be a batman who laughs. Now the crime the criminals commit can vary on punishment. I’m still thinking on that part, it is a bit complicated even for me.

@@RealQuickComics okay so I read the comic and apparently he faked his death as part of a collaboration with someone who's father was associated with the Court of Owls as part of a plan to bring down a cabal called the Network which includes the Court of Owls.
