    at 3.15 u cutting the board at both side....that be coz the tension in the tree or what.?

    I taught the letters will be ingraved in highquality glass, I’m a bit disappointed about the laser-cut sticker letters on the board. :(

    Could you explain why at 3 minutes you took 2 shallow cuts on either side of the board and then finished the cut on the bandsaw? Thanks :)

      I tried to prevent a wood bending by table saw heating. That's reason why I cut them at 3 times, so that I can get straight cutting wood.

      Chris Badenoch sorry, no info about mine, but there is many brand which sell tennon jig. Like "delta" or "power matic" something. It better to search on Google by writing "tennon jig".

    Why not have the sign painted? To me that would better go with the craftsmanship of the sign. Using a decal to me is like puttting faux leather in a Bently.
