What makes this great is it's a really cheap alternative to regular drifting. You don't have to continue to buy rear tires, you just replace them with pvc pipe when it cracks. You can save so much money and have a blast at the same time.

Able to drift fast on long courses in Beercan Skyline, has trouble in Kei car. *Kappa Emote*
But in all seriousness, this is really cool for a variety of reasons. One of them being that this is a new style or type of driving. There's a different style to drifting, rally, and now PVC- that I'm aware of. Maybe Alexi will get more involved in off-road type of driving or possibly climbing. Anyway, excellent video and the amount of fun is shared with the rest of the world.

Noriyaro, speaking from fun experience practicing my FWD handbrakes at 2am, you need to do the opposite of a RWD. You only have 10-20% control over the front of the car, so make sure the nose is moving and to cure ovesteer punch the gas pedal, as oppose to slowing down and trying to counter steer. FWD don't have enough lock to rely just on counter alone. Personally I rather just buy smart tires 145/65/15 for the rear which gives you similar experience but you need a functioning handbrake to have fun.

In the UK we actually provide this as an experience for the general public to come and try for themselves, funnily enough in NB MX-5s. We don't have a video on our channel yet to demonstrate but I will say it is harder to pick up speed however most of the principles are the same as traditional drifting, you just have more time to think about what you're doing. To mix things up a bit we also use Porsche Caymans to up the challenge a bit.
It also makes tandem drifting way easier! Without trying to self promote too much check out our website www.driftlimits.co.uk if you live nearby/want more info :)
