Work begins on the 1935 Ford Pickup Chassis

E-166 When building a hot rod, we start with the frame. This frame can be either used as a 1935-1940 passenger or 1934-1941 pickup; this project will be a 1935 Ford Pickup. Leaf springs, shock absorbers, sway bars and fixing the frame is how it begins.

Nice work yet again Derek. So how long in total did that take. With the x members repaired and time chasing the wheel stud threads? Just to get a rough idea of cost. The camera was a little far away but understandable if the camera lady wasn’t available. Take care. All the very best to both of you.

I booked 13.5 hours for what you see in the video. We're trying to show more of what I'm doing without moving the camera a lot but I think I'm going to have to move the camera more.
