Hi Rashmi! I’ve been following all your fit time series. Could you please make another fit 40-45 minute series comprising of full workouts for a particular asana. For eg- to learn full split you prepare a full workout including the process of full split. I aim at achieving the asana practice daily along with all your cardio warm outs. I’d be really greatful if you can bring up something like this. Nonetheless, thank you for all the great sessions you’ve put so far.

Hi rashmi.....can u please upload video particularly regarding cough.....as i am suffering from cough for long time.....medicines are only working while i am having those.....phlegm is not completely getting out of lungs and the best part is medicines are doing their work on holding the phlegm in the lungs only😁😁😁....i am not able to do kapalbhati as well.....as it triggers cough....please do if u can.....thanku in advance😊

I have practiced twice with this session. Sweat quickly. Very effective. Found my core is not as strong as Rashmi. I need to practice more. 😅
