I have a 2005 Altima that needed the driver's side low beam bulb replaced. I watched this video and did it myself, which saved me outrageous labor cost to pay a shop to do it. Thank you very much for posting this video!!

Thanks for making the video man. I wanted to ask you about the longevity of the bulbs you put in? I was thinking of buying the same. The last ones I put in lasted maybe like a year only (used the remove bumper method but then ended up polishing the headlamp assemblies while I was at it), whereas the OEM halogens lasted like 10 years! Let me know your thoughts since I'm looking at buying the exact same bulbs. Thanks!

Glad the video helped you out! I'm still using the the exact bulbs from the video and they seem to be a good quality bulb. And yes OEM is usually a better quality product but in our area OEM is often way more money.

Thanks! I was wondering about the passenger side. All the other vids I came across showed driver side only. What's strange, my 03 altima has a black wire, orange wire and a yellow
wire. All the other vids I see are just red and black. wire. *EDIT* Turns
out some 03 3.5L SE had a sports package and it came with stock HID
lights. I just needed the bulbs.

Yeah, noticed that too, so I made sure I had the video of both sides.

Can anyone help me out here, I have the same car, 2005 Nissan Altima V6 3.5 Liters. When I look for the gray box that has the bulb it’s different. Idk why. I have this huge box instead of a cap and I can’t get enough space for my hand to fix my headlight. it’s impossible to remove

RIGHT! ESPECIALLY when it goes out at night in the middle of a long trip home!!! This is CRAZINESS!!! I'm a woman who can change a tire and fix many things... but this is just NOT one of those "side of the road" fixes!! Unsafe and inconvenient at the very least!! Ugghh
