1:14 Tomcat Gameplay
5:35 Frogfoot Gameplay - Ігри
Love how every single DCS content creator is pumping out Apache videos, and drewski comes in with the frog foot and Tomcat
And he's flying soooo well in the frogfoot (which is a pretty dang hard to fly)
Tomcat best
@@DaaVinci Thats also horrible to fly, not to mention HUD etc.. Nice plane, and fast, but noooooo
SU-25t is really good plane to fly as trainer. Its hard to fly, but though its kind of "littlebit" of everything, if one can fly with that, pretty sure can fly other planes too :) Me myself, I like Su-25, it really nees alot of concentration and attention, if someone / something is harrazin your mission.
not so much}
For anyone who flies the tomcat, bind the cage/ seam command. When a bandit is locked and you press the cage /seam button you can pull lead and fire the sidewinders off boresite. Also by pressing your autopilot emergency disconnect paddle, your roll and pitch stabilization in the Automatic Flight Control System panel will be turned off. The yaw function should be left on. I use this for dogfights. Hope no one sees this as criticism. It's purely about sharing knowledge.

I understood about 2 words of that so it must be good advice
That my friend is correct

Once the aircraft is going "beep boop beep boop" all the time, you know Drewski is delivering high quality content here 😄
Once Drewski sounds like R2 you know he's narrowly evaded death
Drew! When firing rockets and cannons with the frog, lock up your target with the laser rangefinder. This helps the targeting system find the correct range instead of estimating, and gives your pipper a correct elevation => more rounds on target.
You don't need to lock your target exactly, any nearby ground will do. This works with the Shkval off and on the A model as well, AFAIK.
Your Learning to Fly vids got me into DCS 2 months ago, it’s my #1 game now, Thanks Drewski… never stop making these
True that happened to me also now over 100 + hours
SAME
this is crazy I was literally just daydreaming about flying the SU on DCS less than an hour ago
Drewski: “This targeting pod isn’t that advanced…
The dude who made that revolutionary camera of that time era: *sad*
"Revolutionary for that era" lmao. There were better ones in Vietnam already.
@@Lightning_Mike really?
@@SuperJeb98 Well, the A-6C had thermals even back then. The Su-25T barely came out in the '90s.
@@Lightning_Mike oh cool
@@Lightning_Mike actually it's an Italian targeting pod made for su25T
Idk how I've gone all these years calling myself a gamer and not knowing about these kinds of games. Drewski you are absolutely the best channel to watch for a mixture of realism and sill have fun silly things happen. Thanks for the vids man. Your content gets me through work everyday. Keep killing it bro!
Growling Sidewinder and Longshot both are great for DCS vids, too. GS also does the occasional WW2 or even WW1 flight sim video, too.
@@Maria_Erias thanks man!
In VR it’s even more amazing. I think he uses TrackIR for these videos but sometimes uses VR and has made some videos talking about how good it is.
@@alexburke1899 The VR is amazing in combat sims. Growling Sidewinder did a few VR videos from Flying Circus (WW1 aerial combat) that made me seriously think about saving up for the hardware.
I so wish that this aircraft could be modeled in full fidelity. I know only a few were made but they were made. And it's such a good ground attack aircraft as is. Just having the radios and the Skvil act like the one in the Kamov would be amazing.
Over thousand was made and production stopped in 2017, what are you talking about
@@rimvydasmomkus790 by "only a few were made" they mean full fidelity models, not SU-25Ts
@@rimvydasmomkus790 only 8 su-25Ts were made. Your talking about the regular Su-25
@@DropDownBear no he means that there were only 8 of the Su-25Ts made. The vast majority of Su-25s is the regular Su-25 varient and the K which is the export varient of the base model
@@crazygmanssimstuff Thank you
I love that someone else appreciates the Frogfoot. For the free aircraft in the game, it's pretty capable and fun. I sometimes choose it over the A-10C II.
I'm genuinely surprised you can get track replays good enough for external shots like these - really awesome!
Are we sure he's using a trackfile? He could also be using a second PC that records it while he's flying.
@@isotaan Fair point. He could ask for a track file from literally anyone else on the server, or have a 2nd PC logged in getting the track recording
Hi tuuvas.
@@wee6838 Heya!
@@isotaan DCS records the entire session in form of telemetric data and you can replay (read re-simulate) the whole thing at any moment if you save its .trk file. Those are some very specific and situational shots he gets. He's definitively hand picking and recording them from a track file
Su-25A is my favorite FC3 module to fly, its a shame we dont have a high fidelity version.
doing CCRP gun pod runs is so cool.
absolutely love your vids man, any of the cas or air to air thumbnails are an imediate watch and I've been in love with your channel for about a half a year now. I was wondering if you have any inerest in the ww2 planes in dcs but hey man stick to what you have fun flying. Nothing but love drewski
I struggle spotting things with the IR camera in this plane. So difficult to see stuff clearly.
I forget about how much fun I had in the Frogfoot when I started playing DCS, thanks for this.
Awesome video Drewski
Logged about 500 hrs in the frogfoot, cutting my teeth on Growlingsidewinderz pvp back years ago. Nothing scared opfor more than a frogfoot laying waste to their Sam and aa defenses hiding behind the hills and they couldn’t find me.
Bruh drewski! You're making me anxious with these DCS Vids xD they went from like "not too bad a10 go brrrrrrr" to "shit shit shit SAMs SAMs everywhere! breakaway!"
you make DCS seem so much more high pace than when I play...maybe I need to find some new servers to fly on haha
"oh, that's a missile. hm!"
lmao
Love the su25t! Glad you did another video on it. In my opinion you make the best DCS videos with how you play and the editing. You got me to know what DCS was and now that’s all I play. Keep going with these videos Drewski
4:54 pucker factor so high you'll need a new ejection seat
Drewski posts = NEURON ACTIVIATION. Seriously though, thanks for the content drew!
Yessirrrr
@@OperatorDrewski do you plan to check out the elite dangerous odyssey updates that dropped a while back? (Just curious)
Big hello from South Africa. Thanks for all the epic videos. Dcs is amazing.
that slowmotion 12:20 SICK drewski! i like the outside views very much!
The poor MANPAD that got absolutely fucking obliterated
You had no right to survive that Tomcat flight^^
Have you ever done a Missile evasion tactics/tips/tutorial video? If not would you be willing at some point?
SU-25t Frogfoot facts!
It's an aircraft
Drewski u should learn the Av8b my man. Seems like a great aircraft for you
finally more dcs thx now I am not bored and have something to look at
i need to learn the tomcat so bad its such a cool jet im just so bad at getting in to the aircraft i barely know half of the things they says on SRS let alone the things in my cockpit i need people to show me the ropes but i dont want to bother anyone the grim reapers videos have helped alot but there is so much you can learn from a a video love the game play not many people play the su-25t i remember when it was my only plane for a good year or two got really good at thing and taught me to learn a more defense in my style also feel like if you can fly that thing you can fly anything
The AJS-37 ''Viggen'' is a must if you have never tried it, a hard but fun experience...
That last rocket attack was hilarious.
I don't know how anyone can fly this thing. It made me give up on DCS twice because of the awful cockpit visibility. Now I have a Viper and I'm happy.
i would love to give your air to air support with my fancy modern nato airframe next time you are on hoggit server
Best comp program of all time
You should try the F22 raptor
Heck ya. DCS makes for great content. Thx for the vid.
16:45 thats was a fucking close call.
The best SU-25T video I've seen for a long time, Great plane, I love it :)
DCS is my favorite content that you put out. Keep it coming!
Nothing better than a Drewski DCS video in my feed! Fantastic video as always. S!
Almost as good as a L.A West video in my feed...
@@willfos who?
He turns in the direction of the Sam Sites and tries to roll out the rockets. I've already seen the maneuver somewhere.
GS: "Thats my Boy!"
Plz make more videos like this
F14 gamplay was so fun
10:25 that was so damn cinematic!
Would love to see some more tomcat content from you drewski!
More SU-25 videos please!
Let me say this......everytime I watch a DCS video I feel like i'm at the movies.....it's so good ....keep up the good work bro ..I'm inspired
Good F-14 vid loved it ;)
Very enjoyable, nice flying!
Loved this video! especially the little tomcat action!
That was awesome and so much fun watching you . especially the part when you were getting chased by all those SAM's .
I'm rewatching this after failing miserably at the frogfoot, man it's not as easy as it looks. I love how insanely fast it was to learn though
Love your video’s Drewski keep it up
For effective SEAD, try Ku-58s and the fantmasgoria pod
Х-58 in russian. It means H or KH (in transliteration) but please nеver voice "K" in "KH" (transliterated of russian "X").
Transcriptions:
[H-58]
[Suhoj Su-27]
[Vihrʹ]
that was really fun to watch
I bet there was a period where Drewski was hearing those beeps and boops in his dreams 😂
Loved the video @OperatorDrewski! Can't wait for the next video man! Would love to see you fly some Combined Operations with Other Players in DCS!
Are you using some sort of third party system for the outrageous cinematics? Love the flyby/camera shots you're using here!
it's the track file. it records the entire session but not as video. it saves every single input from every unit as a sort of script that you can then load later in the engine to replay the session. the benefit is since it's just input data it's a MUCH smaller file than video would be, and since it's actually recreating the session in engine you can switch views, angles, units, etc.
Drewski: "woa something just exploded in the sky... I think that was a plane."
Ahh yes I thought it was a superman
A missile losing lock and self-destroying?
@@oaks348 Maybe a bird
Cool frogfoot sorties man, really enjoyed the video.
Great work on the sam with the vikr
Kinda crazy that I was just thinking about the frogfoot since a week ago and now Drewski uploads a Su-25 vid.
Bro you’re getting better at the cinematic parts. Keep it up, love your vids
oh my yes i was waiting for a new DCS video
You and Operator Starsky should do a DCS or Arma co-op together
A tip for Vikhrs - enable weapon override and you can fire without waiting for LA permission, the missile has greater range (even 12 km from high alt) and broader angle than normally it is allowed to fire from ;)
Great video cuts :)
Those little laser guided rockets are awesome, I love the buggers. They do tons of work once the AA is gone. And with 16 of them you're just on station forever.
always enjoy your vids OD
I really like the idea of videos where you clean the airspace with a fighter and then come in with ground attack after.
You should definitely make more like this imo
That frog screams desperately for a clickable cockpit for years now
It's been a while since you've flown the frogfoot, I love your other vids keep it up👍👍👍
OUTSTANDING OPERATIONS! R AND R IN TOKYO 3 DAYS YOU EARNED IT.
I was going to say the frog the equivalent to the thunder without the armor
WE NEED MORE DCS !
Would you ever do a video with growling sidewinder?
Man Drewski in a tomcat is just pure joy, just the toughest airframe to fly and here is ol' drewski looking like its easy
I love this plane, its extremely durable in real life, one took 5 missile hits and the pilot was unharmed and made it home. The protection for the pilot in these is really strong.
Hell yeah Spud. The free plane is probably the most fun
Beautiful shot and the angle at 12:16 . You should add more of those shots when you are releasing your ordinates
DCS is the opposite of not knowing what's up and being surprised by everything from moment to moment. There's a clear flight plan from start to finish, a choreographed dance where the next moves are known in advance, prepared for, and then executed to the best of your ability.
For some people😭
This mission was so much fun to watch
Nice missile teasing.
What a great vid! OMFG! Looks so dam real with all this stuff going on now, man you're the ghost of Kiev!

Right when i start getting back into dcs, drewski posts dcs videos. Stop spying on me.
God I'd love to play vtol vr with you, you brought me in to the game and I even use tactics that I learned from you
Gave me literal chills when you took down the S.A.M
DCS also has an addon to play ground units? Would be nice to see this :)
I highly recommend the English cockpit for the Su-25.
2:19 jester says the Goose line!
heck yeah Drewski!
That view at 2:07 with the pilot in the rear mirror is so cool, also quick question what are stingers? Are they the little missile launchers used by individual soldiers on the ground?
Yeah Stingers are handheld rocket systems. I believe they were developed by the US. They are really useful, as you can see them getting used in many different wars. Especially the war between the Afghans vs the Soviets. Only thanks to the Stingers, the Afghans got a chance against the Soviet Air Force
The Stinger® missile is a lightweight, self-contained air defense system that can be rapidly deployed by ground troops.
Your videos got me into dcs and I recently just got my first kill and I'm super proud of it for some reason
certified Су-25Т "Грач" moment
Love you drew 💗
gotta love it when you start to make a froggy vid and you end up going wild with the lord and savior f-14
Great piloting broskie
Production value went up. Love your cat always. I kill frogfoots in the A-10
I think I saw you on hoggit when you were filming , the server had a human GCI at the time on 134.000 btw
I know this video is for the frogfoot, but you got me feelin good with that Tomcat gameplay!
