My sister gave me a recipe very much like this years ago. The one difference is you add chocolate chips and an egg. She used a cake mix from a box, I never do. But, whichever way you do it, they are yummy!
i have had these. they are good . you can vary the cake and filling flavors of this to many combos. i was thinking about making them with a peppermint flavor and if you made the cream cheese filling chocolate and topped it with a ganache, you can make it like a peppermint the mint cookie cake or Peppermint Patty. You strawberries chocolate Beach just about anything you could create if you like it with cream cheese you like it with this. Thanks Stephanie for reminding me of this recipe. I haven't had it since the 1970s late 70s but it is a good one

I am a full time youtuber. I don't shoot everyday. It depends on how long it takes me to develop and test a recipe. But I usually shoot at least one video a week, sometimes two.
I like and prefer eggless and dairy free recipes for different reasons. Number one they are lower in calories and lowering cholesterol. And many times they are just as delicious.
