I can say that when you take risks and make your vision and goal more specific (you have like a clear direction), social media does not become useful at all. The focus is more on yourself. Instagram and Twitter are tools to brag instead of being useful Places. I only go to UA-cam to listen to music or mixes (on my daily job each morning) or to disconnect, watching the same podcast I am used to (and sometimes another dull video 😜 ). Interesting episode Marie 😉 Seth is quite wise.
I loved this episode but I´ll certainly disagree with one point: even if we love what we do and we´re 100% aligned with our vision/mission, we can still push too much, do too much, grind too much and, yes, get to a point of burn out. It´s not true that if you love what you do, you can´t fall into a state of burnout. In fact, I find that affirmation dangerous and irresponsible. Other than that, fabulous episode :)
